The capacity is better than expected, and the speed this setup runs through laundry is really helpful to keep the clothes from piling up. If you aren't very handy, I would opt for the paid install. Otherwise, very satisfied with the Washtower.

I have been limping along for 6 years trying to find a replacement that would fit, be efficient, and be full size! My husband jokes I am divorcing him because I am in love with my fabulous new w/d! Its the Best - hope it lasts! No more wringing clothes out by hand- no more high electric bills - oh and its quiet and beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and dryer about a month ago I am an older adult and I wished their would have been pictures in the instructions. I was not sure what the red signal crossed out mean ! I really didn’t know which button turned the machine on . With pictures and the function written underneath it would help the older consumer and the not to savy on computer applications! I was thinking of returning them but the more I use them I am getting the hang of . I would not recommend it to any of my friends cause they are older than I less computer savy

I bought this product about a month ago. It fits perfectly in our remodeled bathroom. The other one we had took up too much room. It is an amazing machine. When you wash a load and put it in the dryer, the dryer actually tells you what setting to put it on. I have not discovered all the things it does . It is so stylish. It looks like it fits in the room perfectly. I have a funny story, I saw this particular washer and dryer when we thought of remodeling the bathroom. I wanted so bad but my daughter came across a washer and dryer that was much cheaper. Then the washer I had started acting up and I told my husband to just buy something that fit. I came home and my husband showed me what he bought , I was shocked it was the one I wanted. I never discussed it with him. I am very happy.

The last laundry equipment my wife and I bought were a Kenmore washer and dryer set in the early 1980s. They were noisy but still running when we sold out home a year ago. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet this wash tower is. The controls are easy to use and offer a wide variety of options for cleaning various fabrics. We are hoping this unit lasts at least half as long as the old Kenmores.

We bought this approx 3 weeks ago and although I was skeptical about a wash tower because I’ve never had one or knew anyone that did I am so pleasantly surprised and I am happy with everything about it ! It’s quiet it drys my clothes in a timely manner and I love the little song it plays at the end.

I purchased this product because I love a front load machine and I have very limited space so this ThinQ was perfect. I am very disappointed that within 13 months we had the. Imputed go out. I had a white Westinghouse front loader for over 20 years.

I remodeled our laundry room and chose a stacked unit to give me more space in the room. I also wanted the industrial look carried over into my laundry. The LG unit had the perfect color option for my decor style. Installation was straightforward. I opted to install myself because it was delivered before I finished the remodel. Use is easy as well. No need to read a manual...it is as straightforward as it comes. I love the little jingle when the units finish their loads! My clothes come out much cleaner when compared to my previous units. I highly recommend the LG laundry center.
