I love that I can control the unit with my mobile app. I love that the control panel is in the middle of unit. I also love that I have full capacity with this unit but it can fit into a close.

The LG stackable unit has all the controls in the center which allows her easy access. The capacities of the washer and dryer are perfect and again low enough for her to load and unload without any problems. Quiet, efficient and affordable. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the unit for close to two weeks now and have done several loads. The respective digital read-outs on both the washer and dryer are user friendly and easy to use. I notice that when the washer is intaking water it's a little loud and the dispenser for adding detergent and fabric softener leak a little when pulled out but not everytime. Other than that, the units are operating as expected and look great.

The washer has several options and leaves the clothes not only very clean but damp. The dryer makes short work of those damp clothes from the washer. I live them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a condo. Where a full size washer and dryer was in a closet we now have the tower on one side and on the another side Shelving. Storage is very important in a condo. The Capacity in the washer and the dryer is the same as your standard model. I love my tower and the added space.

We had a stacked unit before that was almost useless. You had to start the washer, wait for some water to get in, add the detergent and clothes. The dryer, we had to run twice at least to get the clothes dry. Our LG is fantastic! It washes great, the dryer dries in 1 cycle!! We couldn't ask for a better unit!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint is the app doesn’t make it easy to download a cycle. The on line directions call to use the “more” button but there is no more button on my app. I finally figured out how to use the cloud option

so far, I really like this wash tower. one thing I find odd is yiu can only adjust dryer temperature if you use time dry? Normal uses hottest setting, delicate uses coldest setting and they cannot be adjusted. love that it's a full size washer and dryer that fits nicely in tight spaces...
