[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my LG stack about a month ago. I have had a front loader washing machine before but not in several years. I could not be more pleased with my LG. So easy to understand and operate and the performance is great. So quiet and the clothes come out of the washer without any excess water, cuts drying time down by 30%. I love the size of my LG stack too. Washer isn’t too low and the dryer isn’t to high to reach comfortably. The set is a bit smaller than traditional stack but absolutely not smaller in performance. Love that it is a smaller profile but both washer and dryer are traditional size as far as the amount of laundry they can hold. Easy set up, easy to use and great performance! Very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been shopping for a stackable laundry set and, because we are short, were put off because the dryer controls were always too high for comfort. This LG unit has the controls between the washer and dryer and is so convenient.

I bought these at the beginning of the year and I am happy I did. Both washer and dryer are big enough for bedding and big loads. Furthermore, the tower is small enough to fit in a small laundry closet. I moved to a condo so I do not have a lot of space. So far I used them frequently and I've had no problems or complaints.

I'm short, so this is important! It washes well, and doesn't get all of the legs and arms twisted around each other. The lint screen is easy to access and easy to clean. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate it this is the worst washing machine ever now I specify washing machine the dryer is pretty good but the washing machine does not clean your clothes I don't know your clothes stink like wet dog and when you open the front loader there is every type of particle that did not go down the drain around the Rubber seal whether it be paper in your pocket or dog hair or grass it doesn't matter your stuck cleaning the rubber every time you do a load and your clothes smell no matter what you do even if you put additives in this is the worst washing machine I've ever owned and unfortunately it is too late for me to return it

Style, function and full features! What else could you ask for from a top tier company like LG. Very happy with our purchase.

I bought the Washtower to replace my 10 year old LG front load stackable washer and dryer, which I had pretty good luck with. I really like that these are one solid unit (less rocking around!), they are a good family size and are quiet. I can't seem to connect to the wireless feature, but I don't really need that so I am ok with that. I am confused why the default cycle on the dryer - the cycle that is supposed to be more energy efficient - doesn't actually have my clothes dry when the cycle is over. I need to run another 10 minutes in order to get them dry if I forget to override the default cycle. Otherwise I am pleased with this purchase and hope I will get a good long life out of it!

I haven't learned everything about it yet but I haven't been able to find a setting that works when you don't have time to iron. I like that it's easy to learn and easy to dry out so it doesn't get mildewed. It's very quiet but does a great job.

It's gives you all the benefits of full sized units in a space saving design; ease of operation also makes it a good choice. The controls are located in the middle of the unit which makes them easy to see and reach, a definite plus for a disabled person. After researching and reading reviews on many different models this unit fit my needs and I'm very happy with my choice, I highly recommend it!
