[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought this in November of 2021 but did not receive the until until February of 2022. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! The LG Washtower is a true one unit piece. It is space saving but allows for full loads of clothing, blankets, towels and even rugs. I am so very impressed.

When I saw this one, I just knew I had to have it. We knew we could trust LG when it came to purchasing a new Washer and Dryer. I love the controls in the middle. It is so quiet. I love all the features, and can't wait to try them all.

The washer has several options and leaves the clothes not only very clean but damp. The dryer makes short work of those damp clothes from the washer. I live them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy that I bought this machine. My old washer sounded like a helicopter when spinning. And the dry was very hot. This wash tower is extremely quiet and does an excellent job without beating the clothes to death! Very efficient no matter the size of the load. The washer knows exactly how much water to put in. Clothes are clean every time.

I have purchased this and only used it to wash clothes around 5 times and had to call for repair three times for a vibration sensor error. So disappointed in the machine. I was so excited to get a new washer/dryer combo and so disappointed in the performance. Waiting for the repairman, hoping third time is the charm.

It’s quiet because it’s in my bathroom right next to the bedroom and I was concerned about the noise, but very impressed with the machine.

Delivery and install seemed fine but later (5 days) discovered vent was not proper and it steamed the whole laundry room. We obtained a duct service to come out at our expense and correct issue. Other than this little set back we are overjoyed with the machine's performance. I love the musical chime when the machine has completed it cycle. Much better than the old buzzer of our retired but faithful Neptune of 22 years. I also enjoy the fact that the lighted area of the washer goes off after removal of the clothes. This allows us to leave the door open to lessening molding in the washer without burning the bulb out. The sleek lines of the tower is very appealing. Our laundry is also the main bathroom to our home. It is of showroom quality and first comments of our guests. I look forward to many years of service for the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this approximately 3 months now and it’s great - except the stinky smell of the front load - I’ve had front loads the past 10years and have never encountered a smell like this - I now know what every ones been talking about -pure sour- so brand new - having to leave door open or ELSE!!!!

This system has all the latest features and has the same capacity, only it has a much smaller footprint. I can’t recommend this washer/dryer highly enough. It’s the best on the market. And only a few hundred dollars more than those old school stackables with the agitators that only allow you to wash tiny loads.

I am 5'3 and other washer dryer stackables are too tall for me to easy see and read top controls. This tower with controls in the middle work perfect for me! I am so happy we bought this!
