[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When drying the machine sometimes decides if items are dry enough and shuts off, sometimes I’m trying to get wrinkles out of something and it keeps shutting off because the machine can tell the items are dry.

I bought this unit with high expectations knowing it had Bluetooth capabilities. I can’t get the Bluetooth to connect and support hasn’t been helpful at all. I was connected for about 15 minutes and then dropped and it hasn’t responded again since. I’m very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thinking outside of the box, we went with a tower to save and utilize space in our small laundry room. What a perfect. Aesthetically pleasing. The mechanics of the washer dryer are perfect. A wash and dry option for every laundry need. Both are quite and well balanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all in one unit looks great as a replace for my LG separates. Works well, no issues a month in. Only gripe is that the custom settings have to be done through an app, and the location of the bleach reserve makes it too easy to accidentally get bleach in with your softener...not a deal breaker, but just something to note.

Have used my new washtower for a month now, love it more with each use! It is a beautiful appliance and performs superbly. Very little noise. My last set sounded like a B52 taking off. This set is so quiet, and does such a good job. Absolutely love it.

I am so glad that I went with the stackable washer and dryer. It saves me space, water and a lot of headache. My old washer was leaking and my dryer just quit heating. This one is so simple to use and it takes a lot of thought out of laundry because it weighs the clothes and puts in the right amount of water and will not over dry your clothes because it can sense how dry they are.

We purchased this washer/dryer because of the location of the controls. I am barely 5 ft tall and I can't reach the controls. This has been more than what I could have hoped for in an appliance. It also fits nicely into our small space. Our previous appliance would stick out and we had to walk around it.

This combo has met my needs and I highly recommend it.

Perfect combo for my space. Stackable washer and dryers were too tall for my wife. She would never be able to reach the controls on the dryer. I don’t know why they design stackable like that. This washtower is perfect with all of the controls in the center. It also makes it a more compact. It also looks great so we don’t have to hide it behind a door. It is part of our room design.

My LG washer dryer not only looks beautiful (I removed the doors to my laundry area so you can see them all the time) and does a fantastic job cleaning my clothes, but it plays music instead of an obnoxious buzzer making doing laundry a lot more FUN!
