[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wash tower replaced a six year old pair of single side by side units (not LG) which I thought were very good, but technology has changed a lot in six years, and this new unit is so very much better than the old ones. I only replaced them because we bought a new house and left the old ones behind, but I'm so glad we made that choice. The capacity of both washer and dryer is much more than I expected and even more than my old stand alones. There are more than enough options to wash and dry everything just as needed. It's a good thing the machines have an end of cycle sound or I'd forget they were running--just unbelievably quiet. A pleasant surprise is that the unit doesn't "walk" around: it stands right where it was installed. Wash quality is excellent and the speed of drying is shockingly fast. Couldn't be happier with the set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using our LG laundry center for about a month and I love it! I literally look forward to doing laundry, as strange as that sounds. I remodeled our laundry room and chose a stacked unit to give me more space in the room. I also wanted the industrial look carried over into my laundry. The LG unit had the perfect color option for my decor style. Installation was straightforward. I opted to install myself because it was delivered before I finished the remodel. Use is easy as well. No need to read a manual...it is as straightforward as it comes. I love the little jingle when the units finish their loads! My clothes come out much cleaner when compared to my previous units. I highly recommend the LG laundry center.

I bought this unit with high expectations knowing it had Bluetooth capabilities. I can’t get the Bluetooth to connect and support hasn’t been helpful at all. I was connected for about 15 minutes and then dropped and it hasn’t responded again since. I’m very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a condo. Where a full size washer and dryer was in a closet we now have the tower on one side and on the another side Shelving. Storage is very important in a condo. The Capacity in the washer and the dryer is the same as your standard model. I love my tower and the added space.

We bought this a month ago to go into our new 900sq’ cozy cottage. It fits in beautifully with the decor, is so easy to operate, washes large loads great and it is so quiet!! We have it in our kitchen (it’s an open floor plan so it’s really in the whole one side of house) and we can run it while watching TV without having to adjust the volume. Oh! The little tune it plays when finished is adorable too!

I also love the controls of both the washer and dryer being in the middle and being vertically challenged I can easily reach into my dryer. I love this machine so much I’m looking for laundry to wash !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this LG washer and dryer tower about a month ago, I had never had one . I love the easy way to move clothes from one to the other . They really do a great job and in half the time as my old appliances! The tower is a great space saver too.I would definitely recommend these appliances.

I received delivery a few weeks ago. Still figuring it out, but so far so good. Not use to the washer being so low but I am sure I will get use to it. Wish I could change the end of washer/dryer tones - not a fan. It washes and dries just as it should. It’s very sleek and a nice new addition to my laundry room.

I bought this last month when my previous laundry set died. I thought I had to go small to have a stackable. That's because we had a separate washer and dryer that were supposed to be stackable - once we bought the adaptor. Problem was that once all together this 5'3 person had to jump or use a stool to reach the controls. So that went into the classifieds and we bought a small stacked laundry unit. I could reach but it took multiple loads to wash for the two of us. The repairman who came out said it would be more to repair than replace. I opened the computer to a couple of big box stores, gave him my parameters and said "Choose!" That's how I got my LG laundry center and I love it! And it is full size!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces a unit purchased in 2013. The prior unit was a top load but with smaller capacity. The LG unit is quieter and seems to wash and dry better. The front load washer requires more maintenance and requires one to reach down to unload. It appears to be very sturdy and has a 10 year drive warranty, hopefully it will give better longevity than the previous one.
