We purchased this washer/dryer because of the location of the controls. I am barely 5 ft tall and I can't reach the controls. This has been more than what I could have hoped for in an appliance. It also fits nicely into our small space. Our previous appliance would stick out and we had to walk around it.

The most quiet of the three, easiest controls, and operation is wonderful. The design is also a huge plus as it is more modern looking than the previous units.

Our laundry room is small and on the second level with our bedrooms. Runs pretty quietly and is very stable. We chose the white as I thought it would remain the cleanest and without scratches. I did not have wi-if hooked up to run it off of my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my LG Laundry center 3 times now. Our clothing is very lightly soiled so I can wash at the 15-minute level. It uses 2 thirds less detergent. Les than half the water of my top load. The highest spin cycle is 1300 rpm. I don't have to use that one. The dryer does a wonderful job too. I used to use 15 kw of power with my old dryer. This also has been cut in half. Truley is energy efficient.

This unit is so quiet and so many settings and does a great job cleaning our clothes. I didn't realize our out washer wasn't getting our clothes clean until I started using LG!

The capacity is better than expected, and the speed this setup runs through laundry is really helpful to keep the clothes from piling up. If you aren't very handy, I would opt for the paid install. Otherwise, very satisfied with the Washtower.

I love that I can control the unit with my mobile app. I love that the control panel is in the middle of unit. I also love that I have full capacity with this unit but it can fit into a close.

And the spin feature is so good , the clothes are almost dry when they are removed. And the care the clothes get by tumbling to wash , means there is very little lint in the filter in the dryer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this back in November and decided to renovate my laundry space to include cabinets and counterspace where the side by side used to take. We are still waiting on the cabinets and floor install but I can not be happier with the wash tower. It does an amazing job on the laundry, everything looks better then our previous units from another manufacture. The communication from the washer to the dryer where the washer tells the dryer basically what is just washed is great. Starting the dryer is just a matter of transferring the load and hitting start. The washer has a lot of features, even more options with the LG app. I love that it tells me when a load is finished or I can look at the app and it tells me what time it will finish. No more wrinkles from forgetting the load was in the washer. So far so good - we do a lot of laundry each week and the family loves it. In the pic you see an old kitchen base cab we slid in place for now and the spot on the floor is paint. Love it!
