[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had it long but I love most of it. I wish it had a dewrinkle setting like our last one. I haven't learned everything about it yet but I haven't been able to find a setting that works when you don't have time to iron. I like that it's easy to learn and easy to dry out so it doesn't get mildewed. It's very quiet but does a great job.

I bought this a few weeks ago and as right now I can say that this is the best purchase I’ve ever made! This washer and dryer have so much space, I’m able to make a cycle for my comforter and big amount of clothes. For me it feels like I did an investment. I do recommend this washer and dryer combo!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an apartment dweller, space is at a premium. I wanted to replace an existing W/D tower that had a top loading washer with a smaller capacity. The LG fit in the same footprint and volume of space but has more washing and drying capacity. I like the front loader washer better since it uses less water and is quieter. The digital controls are easy to see and use. The default settings are a time saver. The one bad feature is that the washer requires its own 110 power source.

I have purchased this and only used it to wash clothes around 5 times and had to call for repair three times for a vibration sensor error. So disappointed in the machine. I was so excited to get a new washer/dryer combo and so disappointed in the performance. Waiting for the repairman, hoping third time is the charm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently, and am so pleased with all aspects. It fits well in my small house, it's quiet, efficient, and it sings to me! Not really, but the signals at the end of a cycle are much nicer than the buzzers I'm accustomed to!

Disappointed, doesn't have a soak cycle, only a prewash cycle. Requires you draining excess water from a 6" hose from the bottom of the machine. You have to dry the rubber gasket around the washing machine opening. The rubber is very stiff. Certainly overpriced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wash tower replaced a six year old pair of single side by side units (not LG) which I thought were very good, but technology has changed a lot in six years, and this new unit is so very much better than the old ones. I only replaced them because we bought a new house and left the old ones behind, but I'm so glad we made that choice. The capacity of both washer and dryer is much more than I expected and even more than my old stand alones. There are more than enough options to wash and dry everything just as needed. It's a good thing the machines have an end of cycle sound or I'd forget they were running--just unbelievably quiet. A pleasant surprise is that the unit doesn't "walk" around: it stands right where it was installed. Wash quality is excellent and the speed of drying is shockingly fast. Couldn't be happier with the set.

It had a streamlined look and many extra features I had not seen before . It does a phenomenal job on the laundry . I love my LG ThinQ I am moving this summer and would by it again

I bought the tower in May 2023. I am so happy I did - the settings are in the middle of the tower which as petite person makes it easier for me to use, the fact that the laundry is "weighed" by the machines helps save time and energy when washing and drying, and the sound of the bells to indicate the cycle the machines are going through is really helpful when I am working on other projects in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is it a beautiful color, takes up half as much space in my laundry room, has a wide range of cycles to choose from and dries in a flash the best thing and one of the first things I checked when I was shopping was the location of the controls and my ability to reach all the way into the dryer without having to get a stool to stand on!
