[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I did not have to Scarface style and functionality with this LG stackable. The unit is perfect for the small laundry space in my house. I previous had a top load stackable with turn dials so I love that I now have a modern front load stackable with digital settings. The stackable is very user friendly and took no time to figure out. Also will still compact it is big enough for a comforter or large loads of clothes to fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tower washer/dryer a month ago and I am so happy that I did. It is the most efficient washer/dryer I have ever used. The clothes one out of the washer much dryer than my previous front load washer. As a result, they dry in less time. This unit is not only efficient but sleek, takes up less space and best of all, the controls are at eye level. It is helpful to have the dryer at eye level because I am able to remove the clothes more easily and less apt to drop them on the floor because I am not bending over to remove them.

I bought this set about 1.5 months ago and absolutely love them! I have a small laundry room that is also the entrance into my home through the garage and this stacked set has freed up space in the room. I did have a concern about possible noise, but they are very quiet. I have not had any bulky loads, like a comforter, but all my laundry has been completed in shorter cycles & I suspect with less water than my previous LG front load machine. I have not taken the time to set up the app to use with the machines. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase & recommend the set.

We had a stacked unit before that was almost useless. You had to start the washer, wait for some water to get in, add the detergent and clothes. The dryer, we had to run twice at least to get the clothes dry. Our LG is fantastic! It washes great, the dryer dries in 1 cycle!! We couldn't ask for a better unit!!!

As with my previous LG washer/dryer, this stack looks great (especially the charcoal color) and works great. It is quiet and gets everything clean even on speed wash cycles! I like this as I get the wash done quickly! It works so well that I rarely have to use a long cycle! Tip, I do leave the door wide open for a day after use. Then I close it further but never all the way to make sure the drum dries to avoid the mold that is common with front loaders.

After almost 1 month, our new LG Tower system has proven to be worth the investment while fitting our small(er) space lifestyle. Ease of use and great smelling clothes are just a few of the benefits the LG Tower offers. When you combine the physical aspect of the wash tower with the virtual monitoring through the LG app, you quickly realize that LG makes life simpler yet reliable in our fast-paced world.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG Tower Washer Dryer! Front loaders are the best for the cleanest of clothes and this combo beats the rest. It does a better job than a commercial laundromat. The LG is intuitively smart with a detailed lighted menu. It's quiet and has a magnificent space age design! At the end of each cycle the machine chimes a song to let you know when your wash or drying is done. The only thing I would add are wheels because the machine needs to be movable. Locking wheels would be great. I love my LG so much that I can't wait till laundry day! How many people can say that?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit looks sleek and modern. I love the lighted drums, the cycle finish tunes, and the easy to reach control panel. It is quiet, both washing and drying. However there is quite a learning curve for me and my laundry routines to accommodate the Washtower operation. This unit was a replacement for front loading pair vintage 2004. In most cases my laundry was 2 cycles and 2 temperature combinations for settings for both wash and dry. Now I pine for the simplicity of my "old fashioned" machines and find the features that are supposed to be helpful are not. For example, the most frustrating part of this unit is the inability to fully program loads to get the combinations of washing and drying temperatures. From the fabric care tags (which I follow diligently) most wash loads are warm or cold wash in normal or delicate cycle and drying on low heat. Washing can usually be accomplished by selecting some garment category which may or may not exactly describe what is being washed. Drying however is a much bigger problem. The only way I can get a low temperature dry is to use a delicate cycle and adjust from there to get the clothes dry. Often parts of a load require 2-3 trips to get dry (particularly waistbands and thick ply construction around pockets). I felt I could overcome this with the ability to create my own settings on a downloadable program, but as yet I have yet to be able to find how to do this, even with the Thinq app and wifi connection. Descriptions of the feature abound but I have yet to find actual instructions to accomplish this. The larger openings make getting clothes in and out easy, however the large door swing has made my laundry room setup much less convenient than before and I'm contemplating having to have the space revamped to provide easier access. I'm trying really hard not to be an "old dog" and learn some new tricks, but often I pine for my familiar, functional 15+ year old set. My recommendation of this product would come with the caveats explained above.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not installed this machine. The published dryer data indicated that it can be converted to side vent outlet. Although the dryer housing is set up for that conversion, LG does not offer the needed vent kit to make that conversion. Installation manuals give no instructions showing how to access the vent blower to fabricate a custom vent assembly. Doing my laundry elsewheee.
