[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago. So far I love this stackable unit. Even though it is full size it is so quiet. There are plenty of options on both the washer and dryer. Longevity is yet to be determined but we are off to a great start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans the clothes as expected. My pantry/laundry room is very small and the tower gave me more space to add shelves for the pantry. It is does not make as much noise as our old LG washer/dryer. The controls are easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 15 yo Ken more front loading set. Much nicer, love the fact that it came stacked as a unit. Easy hook up. Delivery into the house made it simple. Just a little surprised that our electric bill didn’t change even though we use the energy saver mode. Perfect price point!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tower washer/dryer a month ago and I am so happy that I did. It is the most efficient washer/dryer I have ever used. The clothes one out of the washer much dryer than my previous front load washer. As a result, they dry in less time. This unit is not only efficient but sleek, takes up less space and best of all, the controls are at eye level. It is helpful to have the dryer at eye level because I am able to remove the clothes more easily and less apt to drop them on the floor because I am not bending over to remove them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not installed this machine. The published dryer data indicated that it can be converted to side vent outlet. Although the dryer housing is set up for that conversion, LG does not offer the needed vent kit to make that conversion. Installation manuals give no instructions showing how to access the vent blower to fabricate a custom vent assembly. Doing my laundry elsewheee.

The new laundry tower fit the small room nicely. They are quiet and easy to use. We especially think that the mid-cabinet controls were the deciding factor in our selection of the tower. Both my Wife and I can easily see the controls now without needing a step stool for the dryer! We have all LG now in our kitchen and laundry room and find the quality to be an upgrade over other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this and have only run it once, but super excited at how well it works. Love the connectivity to my phone, so I know when the cycle is done even if I can’t hear the beep. Easy to set up and clothes came out as expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces a unit purchased in 2013. The prior unit was a top load but with smaller capacity. The LG unit is quieter and seems to wash and dry better. The front load washer requires more maintenance and requires one to reach down to unload. It appears to be very sturdy and has a 10 year drive warranty, hopefully it will give better longevity than the previous one.

I’ve had my wash tower about 6 weeks and it is terrific. It’s quiet, washes and dries perfectly and looks great. I have a very small utility room, so the wash tower is a perfect space solution. I am diligent about drying all the crevices in the rubber gasket of the washer in an attempt to avoid any mold/mildew.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new sleek design is the perfect pair, 2-in-1 combo I love that it's manufactured as already stacked piece and that the controls for both functions of Washer & Dryer are in the middle making it easier for the people who would normally need a step ladder to reach. As a property manager, this is the best upgrade of modern luxury I can give my tenants. My only dislike was the cord for the dryer was all the way at the top instead of in the middle making it a little difficult to install in a tight space. but I'll still give it 5 stars
