[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very pleased with this unit. It is larger than our previous combo so it now requires fewer loads to complete the laundry. A useful feature is the washing cycle is recognized by the dryer. The just finished cycle on the washer will be preset for the dryer. We couldn't be more satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate it this is the worst washing machine ever now I specify washing machine the dryer is pretty good but the washing machine does not clean your clothes I don't know your clothes stink like wet dog and when you open the front loader there is every type of particle that did not go down the drain around the Rubber seal whether it be paper in your pocket or dog hair or grass it doesn't matter your stuck cleaning the rubber every time you do a load and your clothes smell no matter what you do even if you put additives in this is the worst washing machine I've ever owned and unfortunately it is too late for me to return it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer/dryer unit is nice looking and a space saver. Has great features, some I haven't even had a chance to try out yet. My one issue with the washer is I thought it would be quieter. Other than that, I love it.

This unit was installed 3 weeks ago. The washtower has been a dream. Easy to use and the interior lights are helpful in finding that hidden sock. I did not consider which way the doors opened so my space is pretty tight so be aware when ordering. They are unable to be switched. Overall very pleased so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my LG Laundry center 3 times now. Our clothing is very lightly soiled so I can wash at the 15-minute level. It uses 2 thirds less detergent. Les than half the water of my top load. The highest spin cycle is 1300 rpm. I don't have to use that one. The dryer does a wonderful job too. I used to use 15 kw of power with my old dryer. This also has been cut in half. Truley is energy efficient.

I bought this wash tower about a month ago. The washer is so big. It can fit roughly two small loads in one. It also has a sanitizing setting, which basically steams your clothes while it washes. Definitely helps during these covid/sicky months. Both the washer and dryer have a lot of options as well. It’s also pretty compact for a stacked machine. It’s doesn’t require the stack kit which is awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the washer/dryer combo for a month and it works great. It is relatively quiet and gives you a time frame when it will be done. It does not take up a lot of space and was very easy to hook up.

I purchased this unit approximately one month ago and although I have not yet used all the features I love it. My clothes smell fresher than they ever have. The central location of both the washer and dryer is excellent and allows you to see what settings your using without a step stool. Both the washer and dryer are extremely quiet and the only real sound you hear is the actual movement of the clothes. I look forward to using the additional features like steam in the future.

When it was delivered, the delivery men couldn't install it to my water heater because of a liability on their end, which is understandable but I felt they could have been kinder in their demeanor. They came in with a "no" attitude instead of a "okay, let's figure this out" and what can we offer like the pipe parts etc. to at least help with the process of setting it up on my end. I am finding that I need to run the machine a little bit longer than I'm used to to really get my clothes clean. I'm not sure if this is due to it being attached to a water heater though. I like the overall look of the machines, they're stable, and do clean well. I love how advanced we've gotten with washing machines and it does help that the settings from the washer are transferred to the dryer. I want to read the manual to see if there are any settings I am missing out on, hopefully it has a timed wash/dry; that would be helpful. I didn't see it on the screen.

I had a big heavy duty washer and dryer before I bought the wash tower and never expected it to do a better job, but in spite of it's good looks and more appropriate size, it outperforms my huge ugly old washer and dryer. I also received excellent support thru the website.
