Living in an older home with little room for modern appliances, the stacked unit helped us take back some much needed floor space. Having the controls at the same arm level is pretty nice too.

I had a big heavy duty washer and dryer before I bought the wash tower and never expected it to do a better job, but in spite of it's good looks and more appropriate size, it outperforms my huge ugly old washer and dryer. This not only frees up room in our laundry room but its super easy to use. The features are amazing and i love the steam wash! Best part is that it tells you when the loads are done. Perfect combo for my space. Stackable washer and dryers were too tall for my wife. She would never be able to reach the controls on the dryer. I don’t know why they design stackable like that. This washtower is perfect with all of the controls in the center. It also makes it a more compact. It also looks great so we don’t have to hide it behind a door. It is part of our room design.

There are many load options to choose from, and the unit even has the capability to download additional load options. The LG WashTower was a much needed option for those of us that only have the space for a one piece unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small laundry room, and the previous homeowner had an oversized top loading washer and dryer, which took up over half the room. The LG tower slipped in perfectly, taking up the vertical unused space - and we were able to slip in a refrigerator/freezer beside it. We are finding it cleans thoroughly, is very quiet, and it does a great job of spinning out the water so that drying seems to take less time. I can put in a set of king sheets and 4 pillowcases with no problems, and the dryer dries them evenly too - no bunching. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this last month when my previous laundry set died. I thought I had to go small to have a stackable. That's because we had a separate washer and dryer that were supposed to be stackable - once we bought the adaptor. Problem was that once all together this 5'3 person had to jump or use a stool to reach the controls. So that went into the classifieds and we bought a small stacked laundry unit. I could reach but it took multiple loads to wash for the two of us. The repairman who came out said it would be more to repair than replace. I opened the computer to a couple of big box stores, gave him my parameters and said "Choose!" That's how I got my LG laundry center and I love it! And it is full size!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG 100HWA for 3 months. Works as advertised, many bells and whistles, but not too complicated to learn. The automatic dry cycle based on the wash cycle used is incredible, really cuts down on electric usage.

And the spin feature is so good , the clothes are almost dry when they are removed. And the care the clothes get by tumbling to wash , means there is very little lint in the filter in the dryer.
