[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit! I purchased my LG WashTower about a month ago. It fits perfectly in tight spaces. There are many load options to choose from, and the unit even has the capability to download additional load options. The LG WashTower was a much needed option for those of us that only have the space for a one piece unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not installed this machine. The published dryer data indicated that it can be converted to side vent outlet. Although the dryer housing is set up for that conversion, LG does not offer the needed vent kit to make that conversion. Installation manuals give no instructions showing how to access the vent blower to fabricate a custom vent assembly. Doing my laundry elsewheee.

We were looking for a way to save space in our laundry room and found the LG Washtower. So glad we made this purchase, it is absolutely perfect for our space. Love the central control panel, and that I didn’t lose drum space in the washer and dryer. Just an all around great machine, absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month in a half ago and couldn’t be happier! I live in a condo and always had other brands that didn’t last but 4-5 years. This fits perfectly in my laundry closet. I’ve never had one with all these features before. I love the ThinQ app as there are many more setting I can send to my washer and dryer. My dryer also syncs with my washer so it knows what dryer setting it needs to be on once I choose my wash cycle. Amazing feature! My clothes have never been cleaner! It’s beautiful and as silly as it may sound, I find myself just looking at it. It makes me so happy. Now, time will tell on how long it lasts. I’m confident that my LG will last at least 10 years! :)

This replace our old w/d and now I am in heaven doing laundry. I like that I can monitor the wash and dry cycles on my phone. This is the best upgrade of any appliances I have ever purchased. This stack is also a huge space saver in our mudroom . Highly recommend.

As with my previous LG washer/dryer, this stack looks great (especially the charcoal color) and works great. It is quiet and gets everything clean even on speed wash cycles! I like this as I get the wash done quickly! It works so well that I rarely have to use a long cycle! Tip, I do leave the door wide open for a day after use. Then I close it further but never all the way to make sure the drum dries to avoid the mold that is common with front loaders.

We purchased this product 3 weeks ago. Depth and height of the product seemed reasonable for our typical size closet. However, when the delivery contract company installed it, they did a less than stellar job on back duct and installation. Product itself has been good but a tight fit for a standard closet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a ~tiny~ laundry room and in a quest to get more space we thought this wash tower would be great and we were so right. All of the controls are in the middle panel meaning I don’t have to reach to the heavens to turn on the dryer, it has so many settings so you can customize it to anything you are washing, the chime at the end is adorable, and did I mention it cleans and dries like a champ? I was worried I was going to get more space in the room and less in the actual appliance but I can fit all of my king sized sheets and duvets and quilts in there with ease. Plus it has an app that lets you name your tower and will notify you when the cycles have finished and even allow you to remotely start your loads! Don’t mind me, just living in the future over here. I will say that the first official load I did there was a slight “new washer smell” associated with it but that has quickly gone away so it is not an issue.
