Butter for Baking

The water content is too high to make buttercream with this alone. Seems a lot of bakers are noticing this across the US.

Love this butter. Husband is on a low-sodium diet and it's so inexpensive here at Sam's compared to the regular grocery stores.

Great quality butter. Unfortunately the price keeps going up, but still a better deal than purchasing at the regular store for now. If it goes up anymore, it might be just as expensive as everywhere else.

I love that these come individual and not a whole bar. Its easier to take out the amount I need for baking or for every day use. Then freeze the rest.

Another great deal from Sams Club. Don’t be fooled by the Members Mark brand sweet cream butter as it lives up to the quality of any of the other well known butter brands.
