It's butter and the price has steadily increased but so has the price of everything! I usually buy both the salted and unsalted versions of this brand.

I use the unsalted because I like to add my own amount, if any salt at all. I like to control my ingredients better. It’s great tasting and it’s definitely one that I continue to buy.
