Just started using this product when I couldn’t find my usual MM glucosamine/chondroitin. So I can’t give much of an evaluation at this time. But so far it seems to be okay.

The fact that you only take 1 tablet twice a day makes this easy to remember, one in the morning and one at night. You get all of your bone support in just 2 tablets unlike other less strength formulas.

Seems to be a great value for the price. I need to only take it with food. I tried to take it by itself but it made me nauseous. That may be true for any brand though. No complaints overall.

I have been taking this GCM for 20+ years. It works great. If I go a week without it (ran out on an extended vacation one time) I can definitely feel the joint stiffness and pain in my knee.

I've tried MoveFree and other products in the past. This is my first bottle of this and I can't be sure this is really doing anything. Knees still hurt bad every time I squat down. This might be taking the edge of the pain off, but not much.

Pills have weird odor. Previous bottle was much worse and tossed in garbage. Thought it was my fault somehow and bought another bottle. Second bottle better but still has weird odor.
