I don’t want to be unfair in my rating and I hope it helps for some people but I have not noticed any improvement. My joints still ache, pop, and grind.

This has helped both my self and my wife. Knees are not what they use to be so this helps us reduce or alleviate any pain. Changes in weather still affect us but not as sever.

This really helps me deal with the pain in my knees. I had been taking it for five years and then switched to a different supplement. The other supplement didn’t help me at all. I am taking this supplement again and am going to continue taking it!

I bought this supplement in September 2022 and it smells and tastes like chemicals. The previous bottle that I bought did not have a smell or taste but was labeled as made in China. The current bottle does not state where the product is made. I will be returning this product to the store.
