I have been taking products such as this for 30 years. Now at 69 I have switched to this product to save some money plus it has MSM. I have also have added MSM to my supplements for the better part of 10 years. I would like to share that my Wife is also taking the same supplements as I. We can say I at weeks from turning 70 snd she weeks from just turning 67 don’t have an achy joint in our bodies. Now that we have been on this exact supplement since January 2025 we have seen a zero decline in our Joints. Products such as this are well worth taking. At almost 70 no knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle, neck finger or toe issues.

I know a lot of doctors refuse to believe in supplements like this, some saying it hasn't been proven that this works. I have a bad knee - bone on bone - and have been using Glucosamine Chondroitin for well over a decade. It works for me - virtually no pain and i still have good effective mobility. The SAMS Members Mark products are good and very cost effective. I recommend.

Recommend by the doctor and so far so good! Has decreased the pain on my knee after my knee surgery. I have more mobility, less pain, better sleep. Happy with the results

It might be OK for some, but I had a severe allergic reaction to it and had to stop taking it after 9 days use (2 tabs a day) Rash, hives and itch I probably didn't use it long enough to get any pain relief however
