I can feel the difference within 3 days when I take these

It might be OK for some, but I had a severe allergic reaction to it and had to stop taking it after 9 days use (2 tabs a day) Rash, hives and itch I probably didn't use it long enough to get any pain relief however

I buy these for my german shepherds since they are prone to hip problems. I wanted something that had all three ingredients and the amount needed for their daily intake but wasnt super expensive. They have helped them a lot with no side effects.

Recommend by the doctor and so far so good! Has decreased the pain on my knee after my knee surgery. I have more mobility, less pain, better sleep. Happy with the results

This vitamin supplement is expensive everywhere I think I get the best price for it at Sam's Club and as a woman over 50 my personal physician says this is a good vitamin supplement for me to take

I was fatigued/short on energy perhaps because of Covid, so I backed off all supplements to see if they were the cause. Within three months I developed knee joint issues with nothing showing according to a orthopedic guy. He said take some ibuprophen. I went back to this supplement which I had been taking a version of for years. In three months the knee pain was gone - I could barely walk at one time! Don't get me wrong, I am 78 and injuries can leave you vulnerable for reinjury. But I don't believe I had injured my knee - no accident or twist. While time can and does heal, I believe this combination has kept me relatively free of joint paid for years without me really knowing it. Now I do.
