I've been taking OstioBiflex for years,having had a lot of good luck with Members Mark products,I thought I'd give these a try. They're very big and hard to swallow,but that part wasnt the bad part.Within 2.5 weeks a lot of my joint pains had returned,so I went back to OstioBiflex and am slowly feeling better again.

These are tablets, which I did not realize at the time of purchase. They are to large for me to swallow, and the edges are very sharp. I had to put them in the food processor and make powder out of them. I tried dissolving them in water, and hot coffee, and that did not work. It took a long time for them to dissolve. I will not purchase again. The ingredient amounts are great, and exactly what I needed. I just wish they made them in a capsule. Even if you had to take two a day.

I'm 63 and have chronic shoulder and elbow soreness. I dubiously bought this a couple weeks ago due to it's price. After 9 days of daily use, amazingly, most of the soreness is gone. Is it working due to it's formula? Is it a placebo effect? No clue. All I know is I can sleep through the night comfortably. Definitely worth a shot for skeptical buyers.

I have bought these for years...large, white pills, NO SMELL. Bought a bottle on 9/30/22, and the pills are weirdly pink, and the smell is awful. Hard to describe. Took one, didn't sleep well, and had a stomach ache. These are going back to the store. Hope this gets corrected soon. They are otherwise great and a good price.

I have been using Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM products, in one form or another, for pain in my hands, feet and knees for at least 15 years. It’s always a night & day difference from not taking it, to starting up again. I bought this bottle from Sam’s because of the great value, but after taking for a month straight, I am still in pain. The difference might be ever so slight, would I be worse without? I don’t know. But I know there’s something different, not as effective as others on the market. And these tablets are HUGE. The biggest horse pills I’ve ever swallowed. And they are not a product of USA, but China which I’m only mentioning because that matters to some people. I do NOT recommend this product. FYI: my bottle is lot # 20KAF0117, exp. 03/22.

So I’ve tried stuff like this years ago with no luck. Probably because I didn’t give it enough time. So my knees hurt so bad that I could barley walk. Went to rehab with no luck. Had my knees xrayed and everything looked good. I started taking this but this time didn’t expect results quickly. After the second month I woke up with no pain in either knees. Everybody is different but I have to think this stuff is helping. Advil Tylenol Alieve and all other meds didn’t help. So give it a try but be patient.

I have psoriatic arthritis & even though I am on medication for my psa, it took me 3 to 4 hrs everyday to get my joints from being stiff & sore. My sister in law told me about this Glucosamine Chondroitin, I don't know where she gets hers from, but I buy all vitamins & supplements from Sam's. Next day I went to Sam's & bought this product over 3 years ago, it has helped me so much, I can't live without it. It has been a lifesaver, it doesn't take but 30 mins to 1 hour to get my joints moving. It's great!!!!!

Not only did my hip socket arthritis pain diminish significantly early on when taking this supplement.....my weak, thin, short nails became stronger and grew very long! I'm impressed and will continue this supplement regime. Very happy with it and so is my son who had chronic foot pain from an old injury and tried this at my recommendation and has seen significant improvement!

My 14 yr old daughter, a year round basketball athlete, has been suffering with knee pain for over 6 months with no clear medical explanation other than orthopedic advisement to see a PT for a couple months. When I heard how much a PT visit was, I was frustrated and discouraged since we couldn't afford the program. I then decided to research supplements to see what other options were available. I decided on this product along with an Omega 3 Krill. To our surprise and unbelief, the pain is gone only after 2 weeks of administration!! I am convinced that it works for inflammation, cartilage, muscle and joint dysfunction. We are thrilled that she is back to top-performance: running, twisting and jumping without pain. It may not work for everyone, but for us, it's been a miracle cure and we will continue to use it while in sports. Our follow up visit to the OrthoP is in 3 weeks and he thinks we are going to physical therapy. I can't wait to advise him of our "supplemental therapy!"

I have used Member's Mark Gluc-Chond MSM and Gluc-Chond for 22 years and would not have used it but for the recommendation of a surgeon, who advised taking double a typical dose every day for 30 days and see if it helps. A knee squat would have been quite painful before taking this but after the 30 days, tolerable. My problems are osteo and not rheumatoid arthritis. Watch the per tablet contents as the contained amounts sometimes change. The current ad label shows 1288 mg chondroitin msm per 2 tablets while I am holding a very similar Member's Mark bottle except that it shows 1103 mg chondroitin msm per 2 tablets, (use by 08/20 Lot 800011). During this time I have tried glucosamine sulfate/ MSM without the chondroitin and the pain and stiffness quickly returned. On an extended vacation pain returned about halfway through the trip even though I had continued with the usual number of MM tablets. I was just about to see about having arthroscopy when I thought about just doubling the dose and see if that would help. Years before when pain had returned earlier, I had doubled the maintenance amount settled on when first taking this supplement and the pain subsided and mobility improved. Years later, behold! Looking at the MM label, I found I had only been taking two thirds of my normal amount during my trip-- I had switched from the MM Gluc/Chond to the MM Gluc/Chond MSM and had not realized the contained amount per tablet or capsule had changed substantially.
