The ingredient list includes titanium dioxide (for "coloring"). Are you kidding me? Let's put a potent toxin in there to make it look prettier? Only in America. I foolishly overlooked that when I bought a bottle, but now that I know, I'll be sure to steer clear and get something else. There are plenty of good options out there that do not contain TD.

These made my knee feel better in just a few days. I get inflammation from foods, especially gluten. I've eliminated gluten but still occasionally have joint issues... more and more now as I get older. I was having the start of painful left knee every time I bend down for a few months and diet changes weren't helping. About a week after starting this it went away.

Great quality and price. I’ve been taking this for several years. My Dr suggested this as a way to improve my joint pain. It worked for me when I have problems I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night until improvement. Then I just take 2 daily as maintenance, has worked for me for years.
