These are effective. I ran out for a while and lots of aches and pains came back until I got another bottle. I've been buying this glucosamine choice for several years.

My 90 year old mother is using these daily for her arthritis instead of Tylenol which she took successfully for many years. However, after a while her liver needed a break. These are doing the job.

I switched to this when sams stopped carrying the Osteo Bi-Flex one per day tablets. I am sorely (get it?) disappointed in it. Aches and pains are creeping back. Time to go back to the Osteo Bi-Flex...will have to find out who carries it!

Before I started taking this I had knee pain & pain in my shoulder joint especially after being in bed for several hours. I started taking this product several months ago and both pains have disappeared.

I have been swallowing vitamins for over twenty years and have had no problems. These tablets get caught in my esophagus almost every single time I take them. It is incredibly painful. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend OR enemy!

I buy this as a supplement for our dogs. It is easy to cut in half and has the same active ingredients as the dog supplements. So, why not save some money to go towards their toys :o)

Very happy with Sam Club products but many of your price increases are extremely high so I won’t be ordering many of your items from Sam’s Club any longer. I will also consider not renewing my membership for that reason.

No need to buy the brand name. Just be sure to take it twice a day and make sure you give it two weeks to kick in. That is what my doctor told me and he was right. I've been taking it ever since. And I always get this generic brand at Sam's.

I am an RN and have had my share of injuries. Lifting and bending heavy people at times. My upper and lower back was injured several times. I started taking this in 1995. And have had so much relief. I recommended it to anyone suffering from bone or muscle pain. I stopped using it once and that was painful. I’ve been getting relief ever since. Never will I stop again.

These made my knee feel better in just a few days. I get inflammation from foods, especially gluten. I've eliminated gluten but still occasionally have joint issues... more and more now as I get older. I was having the start of painful left knee every time I bend down for a few months and diet changes weren't helping. About a week after starting this it went away.
