These are effective. I ran out for a while and lots of aches and pains came back until I got another bottle. I've been buying this glucosamine choice for several years.

I switched to this when sams stopped carrying the Osteo Bi-Flex one per day tablets. I am sorely (get it?) disappointed in it. Aches and pains are creeping back. Time to go back to the Osteo Bi-Flex...will have to find out who carries it!

The Triple-Strength Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM works well to remove pain from major joints such as hip, elbow, knee, etc. I would recommend this product to those individuals with recurring joint pain and an active lifestyle.

Recently switched to this after using Osteo Bi-Flex with MSM and Botswellia serrata extract. Same ingredients, significantly cheaper per tablet. Have noticed no change in effectiveness after 2 months. Highly recommend.

I have been swallowing vitamins for over twenty years and have had no problems. These tablets get caught in my esophagus almost every single time I take them. It is incredibly painful. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend OR enemy!

I can swallow large pills but these always make me choke. They are larger than different ones I have had before from a different mfg. Can't wait until the bottle is finished. Took a pic next to a quarter and a dime. They are that big!

The ingredients are just what I needed to help rebuild cartilage in my ankle after surgery and going forward for general upkeep. The size is quite daunting. I would rather take three smaller than the two large pills daily.

I don't know if there is just something wrong with this recent one I got, but it smells so awful, I can't take them without gagging. I am hoping it was just a fluke thing with this one, usually I have no problem with them.

These made my knee feel better in just a few days. I get inflammation from foods, especially gluten. I've eliminated gluten but still occasionally have joint issues... more and more now as I get older.
