I have been swallowing vitamins for over twenty years and have had no problems. These tablets get caught in my esophagus almost every single time I take them. It is incredibly painful. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend OR enemy!

No need to buy the brand name. Just be sure to take it twice a day and make sure you give it two weeks to kick in. That is what my doctor told me and he was right. I've been taking it ever since. And I always get this generic brand at Sam's.

This glucosamine helps me with bad joints. It takes 3 days to start working and it relieves the pain and makes walking much easier as long as it is taken daily.
