I like it but be careful of any additional salt usage. This can get salty. I tend to skip the salt if I use this. It's great with seafood, scallops especially.

This Chef Shamy gourmet garlic butter is amazing. I've been purchasing for years after the vendor had a display setup years ago. Try it on a grilled cheese sandwich, you will never use regular butter again.

We love this garlic butter on about everything. You must remember to set out of refridgerator a few minutes before eating to give it time to soften a bit.

Try it on scrambled eggs and toast but it leaves you with a strong garlicky aftertaste. Give it another try with less butter but with the same taste.

This is great for garlic bread of course (so much better than the "garlic bread" most grocers offer. I also like to stir fry green beans in it and add to a variety of recipes that call for both garlic and butter. It is the only one I purchase.

I knew i was gong to hospital, so didnt have time to do home made garlic butter .. this is what i purchased instead. Good flavor for garlic bread, spreads, saucing too.
