We purchased the Smart Bidet Toilet seat to help out with a hemorrhoid issue. After a week, it already has given us great results. We would definitely purchase this again. The warm water feature is fantastic. We would brace ourselves at first anticipating the start of the clean function, but we are used to it now, and it really does get the job done!

I have been wanting to try one for a while. I installed it and now basically do not need toilet paper. Better for my septic system. More sanitary. The entire country needs to go this route like Europe and Japan. I used an extension cord but after a week decided to add a 20 amp dedicated circuit and now the lights in the bathroom do not flicker from the draw of the bidet.

Really, I wasn't sure this would be something I'd use. However, one sitting was all it took to convince me the BioBidet had changed the toilet in the house I dislike the least in my house (it is tall) into my goto space. My wife has always liked the taller toilet. If you're a novice plumber this shouldn't be a DIY problem. You only need to change out the water line to the toilet, adding the provided hardware. The electric cord is on the rightside as you face the toilet. You'll want an electric outlet on that side or behind the toilet on either side.

I am very pleased with the bidet seat. Had one for 20 years that I payed more than twice the price for that did not have all the features this one has. I like the snap on feature of seat that makes installation much easier . Great product and great choice.

We bought this last month and hooked it up in our half-bath. We had some friends over for Memorial Day, so we hung the instructions up in the bathroom. It didn't take long for all of the positive comments to start rolling in. Everone wanted to know where we got the seat and how much it cost. By the end of the day, everyone was planning to head to Sam's to buy one for themselves. Our favorite features are the heated seat and being able to heat the water. The water comes out of our tap at about 58º, and no one wants to be hit in the nether-regions with an icy blast, so being able to adjust the warmth is a fantastic option. We are seriously considering buying a second seat for installation in our guest bathroom too.

I saw this bidet at Sam's in Daphne, AL before Christmas and mentioned to my husband I wanted one. WELL, He was listening and Christmas morning I opened it! I absolutely love it. So simple to install. The features are amazing. Warm seat and warm water are super on cold nights. The only downside to it was we had to have an electrician install an outlet for it in the toilet room so it cost us a little more but it is definitely worth it!

So a friend of ours with hemorrhoid issues got one and just raved about how great it was. We read all the reviews about how did they live without one for so long. SO we got us one. Now I was worried that it would be too hard to install and started to hire a handyman, i live by the " I am not mechanically inclined but more inclined to call a mechanic " school of thought. However I watched the videos, read the instructions and whoa and behold, it was literally a piece of cake. Once we got it up and running, having a heated seat, water, blow dryer, and adjustable flows and streams, all I can say is " I wish I had gotten one years ago " just like everyone else has said LOL. The price is great, love the blue light at night. Can't think of anything negative. Thinking of getting one for my parents and daughter.

I just move and had the leave my first Bio Bidet behind. I just installed my new Aura A7 yesterday, love it. Detailed instructions and very easy to install. I recommend you get your own Bio Bidet. I was at Two big box stores and they were totally out of toilet paper, the bidet is a "BIG" TP saver. It got us through the last TP shortage and here we go again..

This bidet is quite the conversation piece in our house. It definitely gets the job done with a warm comfortable wash and the air dry function is a nice touch. The cool blue nightlight feature makes our toilet look more like a spaceship! I had to knock one star off, because the whole assembly is a little bulky and now causes the seat of the toilet to push further forward than I would like. Installation went fairly smoothly in less than 30 minutes. Would have been shorter but I had to reseat one of the rubber washers in the included connection house when it didn't get a good seal.
