This is a great product with one small issue... is there any way to turn off the blue LED strip on the control panel? It's fine to light up when in use, but I'd love to be able to turn it off! Also, for as nice as the bidet is, the lid is garbage. Seems about as solid as a sheet of plastic wrap

The sprayer no longer retracts correctly. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it powered on and sprayed water on my legs while I still had my hand on the electrical outlet. I've got cheaper bidets in other rooms that have been there the better part of a decade operating flawlessly. This is really disappointing.

Shortages in toilet paper made me reevaluate whether I wanted to continue buying TP. Having travelled to Canada and using luxury Hotel bidets...I remembered the feeling of freshness and comfort using the restroom. It's not supposed to be comfortable in there right? Well, I long story short ...I decided to buy a BioBidet and SamsClub offered an excellent price. This Aura A7 special edition is the best thing since sliced bread. Water stays warm, night light is amazing and makes it hard to miss at night, there is a feminine wash, 2 user settings, install was a breeze...what more could you ask for? Buy the bidet and you'll be asking why this country doesn't have bidets everywhere.

I bought this at Sam's, very happy with the product. My husband was able to install very easily. Simple to use. I've been looking for a bidet for quite a long time but found them too expensive. This biobedit is very affordable, works great. No complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone.

We purchased the Smart Bidet Toilet seat to help out with a hemorrhoid issue. After a week, it already has given us great results. We would definitely purchase this again. The warm water feature is fantastic. We would brace ourselves at first anticipating the start of the clean function, but we are used to it now, and it really does get the job done!

So far it function as expected. The installation instruction is clear and the parts' quality is good. Customer Service is responsive and knowledgeable. A new installation should take them seriously and dedicate an outlet of 15+ Amps for the unit. I replaced and Toto one but noticed that the water hearer of BioBedit consumes more energy and cased the bathroom lights to flicker, even thought the light bulbs are LED.

I purchased in Jan 2021. About April time frame started having issues with the nozzle not retracting. Also, the lid didn't want to stay up half the time. Now, it's December 2021, and problems have gotten worse. Now the seat hardly ever stays up on its own, the nozzle doesn't want to come out. It's frozen many times where it would just not work at all. Didn't even last a year. I would not recommend this seat. The bells and whistles aren't worth it. For less that 60 bucks we got a different bidet for the rest of the toilets and it is 1000x better.

This thing is great, we bought it because we fell in love with the bidet's in Korea. This one works absolutely fabulous, but 2 features that seem to be missing. 1) the water doesn't oscillate left and right, only front to back, and 2) the seat only warms if you're sitting on it. Some people may see that as an advantage, but my hubs likes warming the seat a bit on cold winter mornings. Otherwise, works great, easy to install, and looks sleek and fancy!

I bought this. A week ago. I had some PEX connector issues to overcome, but it was easy. The heated seat, the massage, the air dry, this is FAR superior to wiping with paper...and...you won’t care about paper shortages. You will be clean, fresh, healthy, and happy! An awesome product!

We have had this bidet for a few days and really like it. We were introduced to bidets during my trip to Japan in May. After getting back, we knew we really wanted 2 bidets for 2 of our 3 bath rooms. After researching several competing manufacturers and models, we decided on this model after reading a few reviews on Amazon. We like the fact that the nozzle is made of stainless steel, making it less prone to problems over the long term. It has two user-programmable settings for custom positions and water pressures, which are nice. The shape of the attached controller looks sleek. The buttons' functions are pretty intuitive. It has all the main features that we were looking for in a bidet - oscillation, massage modes; auto cleaning mode for the nozzle... It does not have air-dry mode though, but it's low priority for us. One thing we did not like as much about it is that the lid covers the whole bidet - seat and water tank - making it look massive. Bidets from other manufacturers have lids covering only the seats. However, we get used to it after awhile. Installation is fairly easy. The instruction is pretty clear. Overall, we really like our bidet and would recommend it.
