I recently bought 2 of them and can't think of a single drawback or negative. It has everything you can possibly need in a bidet. It took me like 20 minutes to install - very self-explanatory. It's super user friendly as every function has a button for it. It's so comfortable and easy to use. Even my young son likes it and that says a lot. Still need more time to test the durability and reliability, but so far it's performing great!

This was the worse thing to instal! I tried installing it for over 1 1/2 hours. It shouldn’t have taken that long. It seems very simple forward to install. I got all of the lines holed up... that wasn’t the problem. It leaked from under the seat and the seat nuts. I watched the video and re-read the instructions over and over. I could not get the bidet not to leak. Maybe mine was just a bad unit. Either way, I am done with this bidet!

I really happy for purchasing it. Before purchasing I measured the seat size. It was perfect for toilet. Now I realized that I got it little late. Because I thought it takes much work for installation. But in reality. it is so easy and makes our life easier.

We had always wanted Bidet, but in light of the Corona Virus TP shortage we pulled the trigger sooner rather than later. We knew somebody who had got this same Bidet so we felt comfortable getting the same one. Needless to say, we were not disappointed at all especially for the price. The dryer could be a bit stronger, but is still a feature that lesser Bidets won’t have and are more expensive. Overall, we are very pleased!

The sprayer no longer retracts correctly. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it powered on and sprayed water on my legs while I still had my hand on the electrical outlet. I've got cheaper bidets in other rooms that have been there the better part of a decade operating flawlessly. This is really disappointing.

I just move and had the leave my first Bio Bidet behind. I just installed my new Aura A7 yesterday, love it. Detailed instructions and very easy to install. I recommend you get your own Bio Bidet. I was at Two big box stores and they were totally out of toilet paper, the bidet is a "BIG" TP saver. It got us through the last TP shortage and here we go again..

I am very pleased with the bidet seat. Had one for 20 years that I payed more than twice the price for that did not have all the features this one has. I like the snap on feature of seat that makes installation much easier . Great product and great choice.

Really, I wasn't sure this would be something I'd use. However, one sitting was all it took to convince me the BioBidet had changed the toilet in the house I dislike the least in my house (it is tall) into my goto space. My wife has always liked the taller toilet. If you're a novice plumber this shouldn't be a DIY problem. You only need to change out the water line to the toilet, adding the provided hardware. The electric cord is on the rightside as you face the toilet. You'll want an electric outlet on that side or behind the toilet on either side.

I've wanted a bidet for a long time, and this unit's affordability and features made it possible. Except for not being able to climb on the seat anymore (ha ha), I love it. It was easy to install, has a variety of features and options, and works very well.

I am handicap and really needed this product. Loved it had for less than a year and it won't work. Now trying to reach someone is close to impossible.The customer service is LACKING says 4 to 5 days they will get back to you. Could not even get a human.i can't say because it hasn't been resolved.
