My wife bought this bidet a month ago and I was skeptical at first. Once I installed it in our bathroom, which was easier than expected, I love it. I've always been a wet wipes person but now that I have this bidet I'm on a new level of cleanliness. Kudos to Biobidet for this amazing product!

I actually wanted to get this for my aged parents, wanted to test it before i fit it for them, But after i tried it just for a day - I decided, that i am going to keep it and buy a new one for them. I now feel that i should have had it a while ago. It is very easy to install and i would recommend this product to anyone who wants to be clean and comfortable.

Europe has had these for years. Why not America??? I guess "they" think it is not necessary in a land where taking showers is a daily habit. But this bidet is the greatest in total cleanliness...especially at this time with the coronavirus...hands free!

I saw this in Sam’s Club and was so awestruck I couldn’t stop talking about it. I told anyone who would listen about it and all the things it could do. Before I could buy it though, my husband surprised me with one. I guess he could tell how badly I wanted it by how I went on and on about it. He just installed it and I had my first “experience”. The heated seat...the blow dryer...the oscillating water cleansing...ahhhhh. I don’t think I can ever go back to a regular toilet seat after this. A++

It is very attractive,very nice sexy controls, works smoothly and very quietly. I installed it myself (and I am on crutches) with no issues and works fine. I wish the warm water tank that creates a rectangle shape in the seat housing at the back was sculpted in more for those with no butt or issues where there tailbone is lower in body. I lost my hip bones to MRSA so it may just be the way my tailbone lines up but if I sit to far back it hits my tailbone on the backside. I have learned how to sit more forward to accommodate the design.

Love it! Easy to install, easy to use. Came with all parts needed to install; I already had a power outlet near my toilet, which you will need to be able to use it. The warm water and seat heater heats up fast, almost immediately. The air drier is a nice luxury feature too, although I wish the drier was a little more powerful, still very nice to have. Feel so fresh and clean.

This is our first bidet, so I can't say how better it is than others, but I don't think this one could be improved. It has everything and the everything works very well--front & back, adjustable, lighting, heated seat and water. Easy to install--the hardest thing my husband had to do was get the OLD seat off, which took most of his time. (we also had to change the outlet to a GFCI, which was very easy). The electric cord is 4 ft. long, so we plugged it into the existing outlet that is right above the toilet. I researched several brands of bidets, and while there are 3 or 4 "main" companies that sell them here, customers seem to be happy with all of them, so Sam's Club it was for us. Some people wonder if you really need a bidet that heats the water--well, here in western PA you do! My first few tries were with unheated water and it wasn't just uncomfortable--the water was so cold, it began to hurt/freeze the body. So yes, heated water is a requirement in a lot of locations.

My wife has desired a Bidet for a number of years and she was elated to find the above equipment available at Sam's Club just before Christmas of 2020. We purchased the Bio Bidet shortly after Christmas and I installed it in less than one hours time. It works great just as the instructions state and we both think that it is Fabulous. No leaks or any other problems with electrical system, toilet or anything else.

The install was pretty simple though I still need to add a discreet outlet for the power (temporarily on a cord to make sure I would keep it). I still need to do some tweeking with the settings, but I do like it. The heated seat is great! My only real complaint is that prior to this I had a simple manual model and the water pressure was much greater. I don't know if they choked it back for the heat function, but that is my only real complaint. There is also an issue with the opening size. They reduced it for the heater and such in the rear so it sits further forward than normal, but I think I will adapt to that.

I purchased in Jan 2021. About April time frame started having issues with the nozzle not retracting. Also, the lid didn't want to stay up half the time. Now, it's December 2021, and problems have gotten worse. Now the seat hardly ever stays up on its own, the nozzle doesn't want to come out. It's frozen many times where it would just not work at all. Didn't even last a year. I would not recommend this seat. The bells and whistles aren't worth it. For less that 60 bucks we got a different bidet for the rest of the toilets and it is 1000x better.
