Within less than a year it started to leak water everywhere. I read how to fix it by unplug it and turn water off. Worked for one use. Hate to return a used seat but ......

Bought this to try it out, seller said it was A7 but actually was the SE came with the dryer, install was easy following the YouTube video, took me like 25 minutes. Came with all the functions and air dryer, very comfortable, considering paying less than $200, it's a steal. However the dryer isn't very powerful, plus the seat is a bit small compare to the one I had. Still highly recommend.

We really enjoyed having BioBidet I think BB200, so when it began to lose pressure and then stopped keeping the seat warm, we decided to replace it with another BioBidet Aura A7s instead of experimenting with a different brand. Installation was simple and in just a few minutes. It was installed in the guest bath that serves living room, family room, dining and kitchen areas. This is the busiest bathroom in our home. Needless to say everyone's favorite because of A7s

I am very pleased with the bidet seat. Had one for 20 years that I payed more than twice the price for that did not have all the features this one has. I like the snap on feature of seat that makes installation much easier . Great product and great choice.
