Last year I purchased a super cheap bidet for a trial run. It was cold and the pressure was uncomfortable...but you can’t beat how clean you get using a bidet! I saw the Aura 7 at Sams at a great price and snagged it! I installed the bidet myself (56 yr old woman with no plumbing skills!) and I love this thing! 1 - The toilet seat warmer. We keep our house pretty cool in the winter - LOVE the adjustable heated toilet seat! 2- The warm water wash. It’s awesome! You can adjust the water temp, the position of the spray (front or back) and the water pressure. You are squeaky clean after doing your business! 3- Blue nightlight option. 4- This model does not have a separate remote (to me this is a bonus). I really didn’t want a remote in my bathroom or something else to misplace. The controls are attached to the right side of seat, easy to clean and we will never lose it. This was a great purchase. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Foress than $200, this bidet has all the whistles... 2 User propgram settings, Heated Seat, 3 Warm Water settings (plus cold water), 3 Heated Seat settings, Multi Nozzle positions, Masaage mode, Auto mode (cleans both areas then dries with one touch of button) 1 Drier setting (it take a while to dry as most other bidets), Nightight, Silence mode, Hold down FR button for nozzle manual clening with mild cleaner & sm brush to keep this system clean bc auto rinsing of nozzle will not kill germs. Aligning the seat too the most time then plug it to the power source (3 pronged) & ready to use. Seat is smaller in size, so larger ppl may run into space issue. Overall, it was a great upgrade & essy installation. Now durability will be tested. We will see.

Absolutely the best purchase ever! Was a little hesitant at first but no where to purchase toilet paper this made the best alternative decision. Heated seat, self-cleaning you and the spray wand. Adjustable water pressure, seat temperature and heat to dry your bottom. It will pay for it's self not having to purchase toilet paper. This thing a a no brainier!

This thing is so much better than our previous bidet seat. It really has a lot of great functions. After using the auto feature you are all dried up and ready to go! People are intimidated to use it for sure but once they do they are hooked!

With so many selections out there, I am very happy with this purchase. This product is well built and priced right. I owned other more expensive brands before but this one exceeds the others.

This Bio Bidet Aura A7 Special Edition sale price at Sam's Club caught my attention since it boasted the same features as other bidets costing twice as much. It was received well packaged and all plumbing modification parts were included. The quality seems excellent and installation was simple. I had to add a GFCI electrical outlet near the toilet. The electrical cord is approximately 4 feet long with a 3 prong grounded plug and can be run to the right or left. We've only had it installed 2 days so time will tell about qualty. All functions work as advertised and we are pleased so far with its operation.

I was watching This old house and Richard ?Pathuey? said he had never had a customer want to have one of these smart toilet seats uninstalled. So when I saw this great price with all the features I wanted....So 2weeks later I can tell you that this is one of the best home improvements ever. In this time of toilet paper shortages it will end up saving money.

I loved the bidet, but it developed a malfunction where water was spraying out onto my bathroom floor. Walmart has offered to replace it upon return of the original purchase.

Once installed, it was great. But the Tank hookup rubber washer did not work. What should have taken minutes, took hours. Had to clean up water from leaking over and over, then gave up and took a trip to the hardware store to purchase a better quality washer, and the unit has performed flawlessly since.

We purchased two of these A7's for our parent's home. They are both in their early 90's and we're determined to make life as comfortable as possible for them. One of the bidet seats has performed perfectly and without a problem. The other has had problems. When the plumber installed these two seats, (yes we paid a pro to install them) there was a leak in the housing of the bidet seat. We sent a video to the company and shipped it back for repair. The company has performed well in the repair process ( if you leave out the obvious slip up in quality control for the leak in the guts of the bidet seat.) When the bidet seat was shipped back it didn't leak anymore.....BUT....(yes, isn't there always a but) now the detach button does not perform and lock as it should. I have emailed the company and mentioned that this unit has had two problems. They will require me to post a credit card number and ship it back before it could be replaced. I'm currently undecided whether to do without it another two weeks, or just live with it as is. In spite of the one obvious problem, the bidet seats seem to perform well as advertised. The price certainly seems reasonable. I would recommend the company and the product to a friend. Just wish we could have avoided the faulty unit and all the hassle that comes with the repair. Would have really been nice if they would have just shipped out a new one as soon as they knew the issue was theirs. Not easy for senior citizens to have to do without once they've learned how to use a bidet. :)
