Returned. After installing a new electrical outlet, and installing this toilet. The squirter was not lined up in the housing and did not squirt correctly. We had to return. I will not be replacing because the housing is so large in the back it makes the hole much smaller and more forward then a regular seat.

Purchased as a gift for my mother's 87th birthday. It took a few days for her to become accustomed to using the bidet, but once she did, she loves it. She said she wishes she could take it with her when we go on vacation in a couple of weeks!!

Bio Bidet installs and works just like advertised. We installed it in an hour. It works wonderful. We did a lot of research and decided on this one. Great choice and price is reasonable

If you don’t want to spend a $1K on a bidet toilet seat this is the one. Very satisfied with purchase and all the bells and whistles of that $1K bidet toilet seat.

We are very happy with the unit, the price and the functionality. The installation instructions could be better written and should have more images. It wasn't easy to attach the unit. Do you push the button in when you slide it on or not? Not sure. I may have damaged it during installation but it is securely on and working fine. If you over tighten the hoses the washers will bind and leak so be careful. We will buy another one for the other bathroom.

I’m happy with my purchase although I believe you could find something similar for less. It took us about 30min to install. Play close attention to the installation instructions. One could think the size is wrong, it’s not, you just have to adjust the alignment. We connected everything as tight as possible with the use of plumbers tape and it still leaked. I put a small plastic bowl under the hoses until my husband came home but the leaks cured itself. I have it installed in the master bedroom and all 6 of my family members come to use my toilet in a house with two other bathrooms. The heated seat and warm water is welcoming on cold mornings and late evenings. The built in night light keeps me from having to turn on the big light for middle of the night nature calls. I’m not sure if the pressure can be adjusted but, beware, for those with a sensitive tush. Also, if the nightlight can be changed from the blue color I haven’t found how that change could happen. I plan on buying another, maybe cheaper one, for my daughters bathroom. Hygiene for teenage girls is a must, if you know what I mean. Good luck with your decision.

Had to add a second one in my house! Almost never use toilet paper and works exactly as advertised. It's such a great device, I had an electrical outlet installed near our master bath toilet. Installation is extremely simple (so long as you have an outlet close). Having the air dryer as a Sam's bonus is the main reason I bought this from Sam's.

The back is pretty big which shortens the toilet seat and make it small. That's my only complaint. The features are really nice with the warm water and heated seat. The controls are afixed to the side I thought it would be more like a remote but you cant pick it up at all it's attached to the side. Overall like it just a little small seat after you attach it since the back is so large.

This bidet is wonderful. I am an older adult and hate to sit on a cold toilet seat. Also need guidance to see going to the bathroom at night. Sometimes have a problem getting myself feeling clean after using the bathroom. Don’t like using a great deal of toilet paper, especially now it is in short supply. This bidet solves all these issues. Warm toilet seat, night light, warm water cleaning, and great warm air dryer. I feel like royalty as I sit on my new throne. You will not regret purchasing this bidet. Also, very easy to hook up, but must have a safety plug near the toilet. We were fortunate enough to have a friend who is an electrician.
