It was good while it was working, or so I thought. The water sprayer wand broke down in half a year. It wouldn't come out of the nest leaking water, so it was useless. At least, Sam's Club customer service took it back. The bigger issue actually was the sanitary problem. Even with rinsing the nozzle before and after every use, it caused some skin irritation once in a while. It seems like inside the toilet needs to be exceptionally clean all the time and still it's not safe enough. Ever since trying this, I am not a believer in integrated bidets. If I'm having a bidet, it'll have to be a free standing one like the traditional way. There is no shortcut...

A feature rich, well made product at a bargain basement price. It is easy to install with just a crescent wrench. Excellent installation and operation instructions. It took 15 minutes to install. I look forward to using it every day and will be buying for my other bathrooms and vacation home. Highly recommend.

We purchased our first one of these just before COVID hit and there was a shortage on toilet paper. We are so very pleased with the price and quality! There's no way I would have had enough toilet paper without this Bidet! My sister had one and kept telling me how she loved it. We finally bought one and we couldn't be happier. Moved recently and this was our 2nd one we purchased. Loved it so much, I had it delivered to the new house before we even closed on it to make sure it was there when we moved in. Can't say enough good things about this Bidet!!

I have been wanting to try one for a while. I installed it and now basically do not need toilet paper. Better for my septic system. More sanitary. The entire country needs to go this route like Europe and Japan. I used an extension cord but after a week decided to add a 20 amp dedicated circuit and now the lights in the bathroom do not flicker from the draw of the bidet.

Seems they thought of almost everything. I love all the features including temperature control, water pressure control, auto clean feature, and the cool toilet bowl light which makes it look so awesome. My only said gripe is that with the reservoir tank in the back means the seat is forward which means I have to tuck with each use so my private isn't touching the porcelain rim. Other than that - it's a great product

I have owned a bidet for several years but it was a basic non-electric model with only cold water. Wow I can’t believe I waited so long to upgrade to this one with the heated water and dryer. It makes it so more comfortable to use. It was easy to install after I had the power ran and new outlet installed. I just bought this but it seems like good quality.

While this bidet is only $200, we have another bidet that we paid $300 for and surprisingly it is not as good. This one's water pressure is better, it has oscillating features, and does everything the more expensive one does the same or better. I was pleasantly surprised, and have complaints so far.

I bought this item a couple of days ago due to the toilet paper shortage (covid-19) just to try it out and have a back-up in case the worst case scenario happens (whoever is reading this from the future, please tell me it doesn't). Installed today and absolutely loved it. All 3 of my kids loved the experience as well - it is very easy to install and use, and definitely makes you feel cleaner. Not to mention the product pays for itself after a couple of months of not buying toilet paper. Buy this item! A small price to pay for a daily luxurious experience. Also, heated seats.

We bought this last month and hooked it up in our half-bath. We had some friends over for Memorial Day, so we hung the instructions up in the bathroom. It didn't take long for all of the positive comments to start rolling in. Everone wanted to know where we got the seat and how much it cost. By the end of the day, everyone was planning to head to Sam's to buy one for themselves. Our favorite features are the heated seat and being able to heat the water. The water comes out of our tap at about 58º, and no one wants to be hit in the nether-regions with an icy blast, so being able to adjust the warmth is a fantastic option. We are seriously considering buying a second seat for installation in our guest bathroom too.
