for the price and the features, this is a very good buy. I wish the stream is not as powerful, even at the lowest setting. I could not get the user preferred setting done with reading their user's manual multiple times following the instruction. and the most annoying thing is the seat cover can't stay up right! I have standard water tank , it's not even touching the seat cover.

I don't like to give reviews right after purchase. We have had this seat for 6 months (through the cold winter months) and love it. It was easy to install and use. We're building a new house and had an outlet installed right behind the seat so we can continue to use the Bio Bidet.

I purchased in Jan 2021. About April time frame started having issues with the nozzle not retracting. Also, the lid didn't want to stay up half the time. Now, it's December 2021, and problems have gotten worse. Now the seat hardly ever stays up on its own, the nozzle doesn't want to come out. It's frozen many times where it would just not work at all. Didn't even last a year. I would not recommend this seat. The bells and whistles aren't worth it. For less that 60 bucks we got a different bidet for the rest of the toilets and it is 1000x better.

This thing is great, we bought it because we fell in love with the bidet's in Korea. This one works absolutely fabulous, but 2 features that seem to be missing. 1) the water doesn't oscillate left and right, only front to back, and 2) the seat only warms if you're sitting on it. Some people may see that as an advantage, but my hubs likes warming the seat a bit on cold winter mornings. Otherwise, works great, easy to install, and looks sleek and fancy!

I’m a guy, so at first the thought of getting a bidet was off-putting to me. The wife bought the BioBidet A7 anyway, and because I have a sense of self-preservation I didn’t fight her on it. So it arrives and I go to install it. Wow, that was really easy! Then I did the check for functionality with the plastic wrap across the seat. That was cool too, but maybe also a little intimidating. But then I looked at the control panel. Holy cow!! I could program individualized user settings?! There was also fine angle adjustments so that you didn’t have to try to be a marksman on your own. Then, hold up, wait a minute, heated seat and heated water?! And a dryer?! What?! Ok, this seemed too good to be true. A massage function? Where did my wife buy this thing anyway? Plus there’s a nightlight to eliminate the guesswork in the middle of the night. So, the seat is installed, tested, and I was ready to see if the booty washing bliss I heard about was a real thing. Aaaannnnd…..YUP! That experience was nothing short of spiritual. I stayed there until my legs went numb. I don’t think I’ve seen my wife and kids in like 2 weeks. Everyone should do themselves a favor an buy the BioBidet A7. Your butt will thank you for it.

Really, I wasn't sure this would be something I'd use. However, one sitting was all it took to convince me the BioBidet had changed the toilet in the house I dislike the least in my house (it is tall) into my goto space. My wife has always liked the taller toilet. If you're a novice plumber this shouldn't be a DIY problem. You only need to change out the water line to the toilet, adding the provided hardware. The electric cord is on the rightside as you face the toilet. You'll want an electric outlet on that side or behind the toilet on either side.

I really happy for purchasing it. Before purchasing I measured the seat size. It was perfect for toilet. Now I realized that I got it little late. Because I thought it takes much work for installation. But in reality. it is so easy and makes our life easier.

This bidet is quite the conversation piece in our house. It definitely gets the job done with a warm comfortable wash and the air dry function is a nice touch. The cool blue nightlight feature makes our toilet look more like a spaceship! I had to knock one star off, because the whole assembly is a little bulky and now causes the seat of the toilet to push further forward than I would like. Installation went fairly smoothly in less than 30 minutes. Would have been shorter but I had to reseat one of the rubber washers in the included connection house when it didn't get a good seal.

I have owned a bidet for several years but it was a basic non-electric model with only cold water. Wow I can’t believe I waited so long to upgrade to this one with the heated water and dryer. It makes it so more comfortable to use. It was easy to install after I had the power ran and new outlet installed. I just bought this but it seems like good quality.

I bought a Bio-Bidet Aura A7 Bidet Toilet Seat for my husband last year and this year.... Yesterday my husband surprise me and installed a new one in my bathroom just for me.... I feel like a QUEEN! Thanks Honey! We tell everyone that this is the BEST EVER! Bio-Bidet the only way to go....We just love it and fell so cleaned and the warm seat is everything to me.
