Had this chair (#47951) for about one year and the leather (?) is comming apart everywhere. Seems more like ''leatherette". Have yet to find replacement arms for this unit and the seat is right behind it. And I don't misuse it.

The chair is comfortable, but I hate the tilt, it's set to be tilted in the front direction which means you need a seat belt to hold yourself or keep a foot support to keep it straight or back. But was not expecting such a product from Serta.

We purchased the chairs in July 2022 for our office. They get used 2-3 days a week. It is now April of 2023 and the chairs are not holding up well. The fabric is tearing and they are kind of falling apart.

This chair is most uncomfortable. It sloops forward making me feel like I am sliding off the chair.The leather is not soft at all. I would NOT buy this item again

Bought this hoping that it’d hold up for a decent amount of time and it’s already starting to fall apart. The stitching where you sit has begun to open up so very disappointed in the product for $100. Would not recommend.

It slowly quit working at 5 months. Called their company and got a replacement part. It quit working in 2 months. Now chair too low. I don't recommend.

There are two screws poking through the cushion of my left arm rest. Very uncomfortable and slightly hurts. Only had the chair maybe 3 or 4 months at the most. Would not recommend, and I would return it if I had the box and everything else.

Chair has a lot of improvements to work on. The chair starts to rip in the seams with use and it's not that old of a chair. Wouldn't suggest this chair. It's comfortable and it works but just not the type of chair to have in the long run.

This is the second desk chair that we have purchased like this. The first one is three years old and has held up really, really well. The other one was delivered last week for my son and it was so easy to assemble. This chair will not disappoint!

The top of the arms on this chair are starting to crack and peel after 1 year of use. What a shame as the chair is very comfortable and looks nice. Hopefully this is covered by warranty otherwise would avoid this chair.
