I tried this chair in the store and fell in love with it, so I bought one , had it delivered and husband assembled,,,,,  Does not feel like the same chair as I cannot tilt it at all, maybe returning  and will have to , because right now it is just simply pushing me out of the chair and very stiff.

Chair doesn't work the same as in store

I am so glad I ordered this chair!  I have a back issue eased with this chair and the price at Sam'and  this chair confirms to my back and allows me to sit for a longer period of time then a normal chair. The installation was a snap;  beautiful looking chair. Price at Sam's club was great! Delighted with purchase!
