I needed a chair asap as mine broke. It scratches easily as it delivery scratched in the arms, keep that in mind. I bought the grey.. it looks grey/black - very sharp! Super comfortable, nice to have a lower back supporter! Overall 10 out of 10 ratings minus the scratches

The seat is too high off the ground. Even with the lift down as far is it will go, my feet swing about 2 inches off the ground. 5'2" is not an uncommon height. My feet would probably hit the ground if I took off the casters, but then I've got a star base scraping up my floor. The tilt tension also does not seem to function at all. I have tightened the tension considerably and there seems to be no difference in the tilt. It tilts back if i just rest my back normally against the chair. It is very comfortable otherwise, and you can lock the tilt, I just wish I had some control over the tilt. The arms are at a good height, but I'll need to find a cloth cover because I hate my skin sticking to pleather.
