Seems to do what it's intended for! Comfortable, sturdy, quiet. I would prefer to be able to raise or remove the arms. I thought that was one of the features when I purchased it but my mistake.

Received 2 days ago, assembly instructions were well organized, following them was easy. Chair was assembled and ready for use in a very short time. Very comfortable and good looking.

Has plenty of padding all around including the arm. Good lower back support. My old chair I would be in pain after sitting in it for extended time. I have no pain sitting in this chair.

Comfortable with great back support. Holds more than 250 lbs. (wink). The only minor inconvenience is the armrests aren't adjustable and are a little too low for me. Other than that, it's a great chair at a great price.

Easy to assemble although you made need a hammer to pound on the screw covers. Chairs are very comfortable and has a height adjustment for those who are vertically challenged.

Got 2 of these for each desk in the house for my 2 college and high school students. The old cheap ones always left me with a backache. Although not the cheapest in price, they were worth every penny. Relatively easy assembly and supper comfortable.
