I was hesitant to purchase an office chair online but took a chance, glad that I did. This chair is very comfortable and sturdy. It has great back support which has eased my stiff neck from sitting at a desk all day. The price was awesome and the shipping was very quick. I would definitely recommend this chair

They are very comfortable. I started with one for setting at the dining room table and everyone liked setting in my chair so I bought more, I Have 12 now. They are easy to move around, so we move them everywhere ( deck, rec-room, Office, etc...) and everyone has a comfortable chair.

I purchased this chair to help with back problems now that I am sitting at the computer more at home for work and personal use. This has been a great choice and I have not had the lower back issue I was having in my old chair. For the price I was surprised and am glad I choose this chair.

I bought this after trying it out in store. It is a good price point for a nice chair. It does not work well for me sitting in it 10 hours a day because I work from home. I get stiff. But overall i like the high back and how it leans back a bit for some comfort.

These are really sleek and comfortable. Easy minimal assembly. We ordered about 7 to replace old chairs for my staff members that sit a lot--reception, billing, admin etc. We've only had them for about a month, but my whole staff really likes them. Nobody on staff is 250 lbs, so I can't speak to that part, but they seem very sturdy.

I ordered this chair to replace an office chair in a medical office. I needed something to accommodate my 250+ frame and I wanted it in brown. This chair is black, but it blends in with my other brown chairs perfectly. Its comfortable and easy on the back. I just wish it was a couple inches higher.

Great chair as it very comfortable and well-made which is what I would expect from a product from Serta. The only issue was one of the holes machined for a bolt that holds the right arm in place was done incorrectly. Therefore I was unable to completely fasten this particular all the way in place

Made time to put together. Not so many pieces but I needed to leave so I connected half and spent about 2 hours searching for a piece I had already put in place. Once I realized it I was able to connect the bottom portion to the top part of the seat it was smooth sailing. So I had to add the screws to the chair and then take them out because chair wasn’t connected correctly. After putting chair together I still haven’t been able to connect last two screws into the chair. It’s pretty good tho. Scared I’m gonna flip tho.

Didn't realize how little padding my other office chair had until I tried this chair, made a big diffidence in my posture. Would have been great if they were already put together, but luckily I had someone who once he did one, the other 2 were assembled much quicker. Sturdy and comfortable

So far, so good, I only purchased the chair 2 weeks ago. Assembly was a breeze and the chair is comfortable. I'm just under 6' tall so the back reaches to just above my shoulders and the seat is very comfortable. I spend 8+ hours a day, 5 days a week, in this chair and weight 190 lbs. The cushion in the seat has not deteriorated at all, it feels just like it did on day one. All in all, a great chair and great price.
