nice chair but small buttons used to cover screw holes keep falling out. contacted manufacture a while ago but never got a response

The Serta Office chairs were wonderful and so comfortable. They were delivered so quickly. I love them.

Easy assembly and a good firm chair that is very comfortable. Price is right at $99, glad I bought it.

It’s very easy to assemble and very comfortable during your work in front of the computer. Adjustable 3 levels, chair back is high enough.

Chair was defective. Back didn’t stay locked in position and one of the arm rests was much higher than the other.

Very comfortable. A lot of cushion in the seat and back. Only had it one month. Curious to see how it stands up over time.

Chair is great but screw cover caps don’t fit the chair. They were supposed to send me more but never showed up.

If you have any hips the arms dig in them and its very uncomfortable even if its only for an hour or two

This chair was very easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Happy it was available in brown also since that matched my office. Highly recommend.
