This chair was a lifesaver! I am working at home through the COVID work from home period, and after a week sitting on my kitchen chair I knew it was time to look for an office chair! This is a reasonably priced, very comfortable chair that has saved me from certain back issues while working from home!

Great chair as it very comfortable and well-made which is what I would expect from a product from Serta. The only issue was one of the holes machined for a bolt that holds the right arm in place was done incorrectly. Therefore I was unable to completely fasten this particular all the way in place

I was in need of a new office chair and I normally get out and have to sit on hundreds, to make sure they were comfy. So after 3 day of searching I kept coming to this desk chair. "I hit the jack pot." It is the BEST chair I have ever sat in. I sat in it and the bottom seat has a lot of room for the bigger person, and great lumber support if your like me, bottom of seat its just like sitting on a cloud. Well made, and quick set up, and so nice to look at. You are definitely making a great purchase HANDS DOWN.!!! The only thing I found about this same chair as it came down in price. But that's the luck I have been getting in all purchases. Also the quality is so well worth every penny. I swear if you purchase this particular chair, you love it like I do. Now, you cant go wrong with the price...... I would order more but no where to store it. Beside I feel the way this, it will live out me, I'm 64. I worked for the govt and I have sat in many chairs. Need I say more? Go purchase it before they are gone. Nice leather as well. LOVE IT.... So will you. The chair has a lifter, for all sizes of people. Except children.. The padded arm rest are really padded, and rolls great. I am in no way affiliated with Sams or the chair company. Just saving the time for someone on the hunt, this is it. Its a Manager chair, whatever that means, but must sit on the seat a lot.

The chair itself is easy to assemble; the instructions are detailed enough to make the work light. The seat has memory foam; when sitting for long periods of time, the chair begins to warm uncomfortably. I love the swivel and the height of the back. However, when leaning backwards and forward, it has already begun to make squeaking noises (1 month in). The overall look of the chair is professional. The color is as expected (grey). The stitching on the arms is a little irregular but does not deter from the function. Overall it is a good chair and I plan on keeping it. For the price, it cannot be beat.

I purchased this chair to help with back problems now that I am sitting at the computer more at home for work and personal use. This has been a great choice and I have not had the lower back issue I was having in my old chair. For the price I was surprised and am glad I choose this chair.

I ordered this chair to replace an office chair in a medical office. I needed something to accommodate my 250+ frame and I wanted it in brown. This chair is black, but it blends in with my other brown chairs perfectly. Its comfortable and easy on the back. I just wish it was a couple inches higher.

This is the second chair I have purchased. The first was to replace an old computer chair that had just died. A year later, I need a good, comfortable chair for my deer hunting stand. After thinking long and hard, this was the perfect choice. It is designed for long term sitting. It rolls and the height can be adjusted. I would recommend this chair to anyone that needs a decent computer chair that does not cost an arm and leg. It also looks good.

This office chair looked just like the one I got a couple of years ago, but was not. As looks go it is fine, but it is a shorter seat where you sit, and I went flying out of it the first time I got in it. We have readjusted it several times, but still Hard to sit in without it wanting to slide away from me.

The Serta name is the main reason I got it. I have owned a few different office chairs during my life. This one looks nice but not very comfortable and not easy to put together. I have been sitting this chair for a few days now. If you sit a lot and have a larger body don't buy this. This chair is made for thinner people. Padding is stiff in both the seating area as well as the back. I will never buy an office chair online again. You really need to sit in an office chair before purchasing one. I will be taking this one back to Sam's Club for a refund.

I purchased this chair a couple of weeks ago for my home office. It is very comfortable and appears to be well made. It requires assembly and comes with a tool so that other tools are not required. One caveat though, on my chair the release lever that locks the back in place was too long and did not allow the back to fully release, it was easily remedied by filing the end of the release rod until it had sufficient clearance to allow the back to move freely. It was not worth it to me, after assembling the chair, to return it or call customer service, it only took a few minutes to fix, but I think they need to pay better attention to their quality control.
