I bought these based on previous experience with them being amazing pillows but the quality has changed. The outside still looks the same however the filling is lighter and way less then before. There is no longer any firmness or support. If you are looking for a light cushion or just something soft for between your knees while you sleep this would be a great option and the reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 but if you are looking for a supportive pillow you should probably keep looking.

I purchased these pillows online and they were shipped to my house. I was in the hospital and didn't start using the pillows until the end of June. I noticed I all of a sudden was bite type marks were appearing on the back of my right shoulder and then a few on my right arm. Today I noticed I now was having them on both shoulders. I pulled the pillow cases off the pillows and to my "HORROR" there were bed bugs on all of the pillows I had ordered. The older pillows were fine and the mattress was fine - they were only on the new pillows. I have contacted Sam's Club but haven't heard back from them yet!!!

Too firm

I purchased these after sleeping on the standard size at my mothers house. Ordered king size for my bed at home. They arrived as described, were exactly what I had remembered from the stay at my moms house. However, within a month of daily use my king size pillows are now flat. I’m not sure if it’s the king size or my moms guest room doesn’t get daily use, but I’m now disappointed with my purchases of these pillows. Would not recommend for daily use. Great for occasional use though!

I have bought them for years. Seems this time they changed how they are made. I think in the past I have gotten about a year and a half out these pillows. Held their fluff well so we kept buying them. This time when we bought them in May or June of 2023 they were going flat in about 6 months. Just thought about now as we were washing sheets and putting bed back together. Not so pleased with the quality this time. Not sure if I will buy again.

I purchased the Queen size. I really wanted to like these pillows but this is what I found straight out of the bag. I also put one of these in a Queen size pillow case but by the time I got in and took it back out the pillow was all out of shape. Returning. Hopefully they have something better.

I have bought the Member's Mark 2-Pack Hotel Premier Collection Down Alternative Bed Pillows (king) for two years in a row. After normal usage, for only a few months, the end stitching on one pillow (each year) came undone exposing the internal "down alternative" stuffing. Therefore, in my experience, the sewn quality is not what it should be. Otherwise, the pillows are fine. The stuffing irreversibly compresses with usage, which is why I replaced these pillows annually. I will not be buying these pillows again.

The quality of these pillows is so disappointing. As someone who has bought these pillows for years, I can tell you these are nothing like they used to be. I still have some that I purchased years ago and they are NOT the same pillow today. The filling in these is almost nonexistent and your head goes straight down to the mattress with zero support. I am so disappointed in Sam's club for ruining these pillows! It's a shame because I would gladly pay 5 to even 10 dollars more to get the same quality as years past. I actually cut open one pillow and put almost all the stuffing from the one into the other pillow, then sewed it back up to make it equal in fill to previous pillows I purchased.

Nice pillowls for a king size bed. They are very fluffy but my husband found them a little too firm. However, that could be because his old pillow was just that, OLD, and had flatlened out. I'm sure in time they will decompress a bit. The price of the pillows was great.

i aas very happy when I bought these the first time so when it was time to purchase new ones, I went back to them. Unfortunately, they are not the same anymore. They are not as fluffy to begin with and flattened within days. They are just hard flat pieces that I can no longer sleep on.
