Go ahead - - Wash and dry this thing following the label instructions. Then tell me it's a 5-star pillow. Not so much. The insides will separate and deform. No amount of shaking, fluffing, pulling or pressing is going to help. You'll either have a dog bone shaped pillow or a sack with all the fill at one end. I returned the first set thinking surely they had a manufacturing defect - - but no. The second set did the exact same thing after a single wash.

I have been buying these pillows about once year since they became available. I like a firm pillow and these lasted about a year. Last moth I purchased them again and they are already almost flat. There has been a change in the manufacturing process that I don’t think Sam’s is aware of.

I’m always on the hunt for a good pillow. I end up choosing the same style fluffy/squishy pillow and it of course gets flat spots and needs to be fluffy constantly. These seemed nice and have turned out to be so consistent and comfortable. Firmer than I would’ve normally chosen and way better for my neck. Never loses shape or needs fluffing.

I wanted to love the members mark pillows but after just a few short weeks they’ve gone completely flat. Trying to fluff these back up is a total pain and is more visual than substantial—as soon as you lay your head on them it’s flattened again. Maybe my massive brain weighs more in the pillow

These used to be great. I've purchased so many over the years because I absolutely loved them. Then they changed the materials. No longer were the soft, breathable, washable, and snuggly. Instead they were scratchy, lumpy, and entirely useless after about a month's use.

I purchased these pillows online and they were shipped to my house. I was in the hospital and didn't start using the pillows until the end of June. I noticed I all of a sudden was bite type marks were appearing on the back of my right shoulder and then a few on my right arm. Today I noticed I now was having them on both shoulders. I pulled the pillow cases off the pillows and to my "HORROR" there were bed bugs on all of the pillows I had ordered. The older pillows were fine and the mattress was fine - they were only on the new pillows. I have contacted Sam's Club but haven't heard back from them yet!!!

Too firm

I bought these based on previous experience with them being amazing pillows but the quality has changed. The outside still looks the same however the filling is lighter and way less then before. There is no longer any firmness or support. If you are looking for a light cushion or just something soft for between your knees while you sleep this would be a great option and the reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 but if you are looking for a supportive pillow you should probably keep looking.

The quality of these pillows is so disappointing. As someone who has bought these pillows for years, I can tell you these are nothing like they used to be. I still have some that I purchased years ago and they are NOT the same pillow today. The filling in these is almost nonexistent and your head goes straight down to the mattress with zero support. I am so disappointed in Sam's club for ruining these pillows! It's a shame because I would gladly pay 5 to even 10 dollars more to get the same quality as years past. I actually cut open one pillow and put almost all the stuffing from the one into the other pillow, then sewed it back up to make it equal in fill to previous pillows I purchased.

i aas very happy when I bought these the first time so when it was time to purchase new ones, I went back to them. Unfortunately, they are not the same anymore. They are not as fluffy to begin with and flattened within days. They are just hard flat pieces that I can no longer sleep on.
