Within a month of using these pillows, they were flat. It's now been about 4 or 5 months since this purchase and both my husband and I are having neck trouble. Shouldn't have to replace pillows after only 4-5 months!

These pillows are very fluffy and then mash down pretty well. I love them and you can't beat the price. They are too fat fluffy for my boyfriend's liking byt be likes flat pillows

The pillows are pretty hard and firm for my liking. I like more of a fluffy soft pillow that your head sinks into and these are very firm. Good quality though.

I've been buying these for 10 years. 4 or so every year maybe. They were always consistent, but this last batch isn't filled like normal. Very skimpy on the filling and it's noticeable.

The price is good, and while they may be OK for guest room use & appearance, they don't hold up well. I've had them a month and they are already going flat.

I usually love everything I get in the hotel collection, but I was very disappointed with these pillows. They didn't hold their shape and when flat after the first night I slept on it.

Totally worth it and real hotel quality. Make sure you buy zipper pillow protectors along with pillow cases. Ignore those foolish photos of pillows falling apart

Don't confuse these with Sam's "Hotel Luxury Reserve Collection" pillows which they no longer carry. We loved those. These are much too soft for our taste.

Pillows were great at first. This did not last. After a few months, they are very flat and causing neck pain and restless sleep. I will not purchase again. Disappointing.

If you're looking to fill out a sham that you'll never sleep on, this will work. However, if you like a soft cushy pillow, this is a hard pass. Feels like a rock.
