These pillows are not what they used to be, they must have changed their internal components to a cheaper product. They go flat in the middle very fast, poor quality, not happy at all.

Sadly the reviews were right. These pillows have been my go-to for many years, but the quality has become horrible. I purchased new pillows for the 6 beds in our home and all have gone flat within a month. Total waste, save your money.

pillows just burst open at the seam and not even memory foam inside looks like polyester rolls. i just buy them cause they’re cheap & add about 3 months of comfort…after that they’re flat as a pancake

I’m back to buy 3 more packs! I bought these last year and they have held up well. I’m replacing the original 2 pillows plus buying for my kids’ rooms! Definitely worth the money.

I usually love everything I get in the hotel collection, but I was very disappointed with these pillows. They didn't hold their shape and when flat after the first night I slept on it.

I have purchased these pillows (and recommended others to them) for years. The price has gone up and quality has gone down. They provide zero support and I am now buying more expensive pillows to replace them.

The price is good, and while they may be OK for guest room use & appearance, they don't hold up well. I've had them a month and they are already going flat.

I washed it once and it fell apart. I followed the directions to a T, which ended up with a hole in the end of the pillow at the seam. Not happy. I had not even used the first very much. The 2nd was in storage, I hope the other one lasts longer

This is a good pillow for the money. However, the size has changed to a larger Queen only (20" x 30") from Standard/Queen (20" x 28"). It might not fit properly in a standard pillow case.

They are nothing like a hotel pillow! They're soft, but about 1/4 what a hotel pillow is. After a week it's flat as can be and won't puff back up. I'm really disappointed.
