I bought two of the king sized pillows for staging my house. They are what they are: very inexpensive pillows with poly fluff that will flatten quickly (if you use them, lol). You can buy better, but you won't buy cheaper. My complaint is that no matter how I tried, they DO NOT measure 36" long. More like 34".

I decided to repurchase after 2 years of having these exact pillows. These pillows now are completely flat after 2 weeks. Quality has changed and I’m completely disappointed. The old one still had firmness just knew it was time for new ones. Today I’m going somewhere else to get new pillows yet again. These are only good for a sham because they won’t be slept on!

I like firm and these are far from. Kind of a big let down, I was so excited and looked so nice, got them in the cases and my head sunk right in. So I'd have to sleep on the very edge to solve the problem. I sleep with two pillow and now this is my bottom pillow and my old ones are still firmer than these new ones so I'll use them, I need to be propped up so it all works out in the end but still a let down their nice if you don't mind soft pillows.

These pillows were great for 2 weeks then they changed and no amount of dryer time or wash and dry does any good. My pillow is basically broke in half, literally the stuffing has completely separated down the center and one end has a hard lump that just won't shift. My husband says his is just plain uncomfortable and lumpy. They are truly horrible and maybe only suitable for an hourly motel, certainly not hotel quality.

We brought these pillows home about a year ago, and at first they were good, provided support and overall we were happy with our purchase. About four months ago they went flat! We started waking up with back neck pain. They look nice, but sorry to say, they don't hold up!

I ordered ON line for Queen and King size; and says it is in progress and delivery LAST Thursday; dah! Still waiting and says at Shelby location out of stock but in stock in Madison Heights and other stores. WOULD like you to take effort to either Fill my order or tell me to shop elsewhere for Firm Pillows. You also don't show when I purchased the ones from you the last time.

I was hoping the neutral/negative reviews were wrong, but I had the same experience. It's a shame considering they seem so fluffy & supportive at first, but that doesn't last long. Now I'm waking up with knots & sore spots in my neck about half the time

Absolutely amazing! Bought these for my college dorm, and they have been nothing but comfortable and extremely fluffy. I love that I can lean back on them to support my back when sitting up, but also lay my head on them when I need to. They are a bit big for the cover I bought (wide), but they are still good nontheless.

I have been looking for a comfortable pillow at an affordable price for years. I have finally found them. I looooooove these pillows! I like the feel, comfort and right amount of support they provide. So long for the memory foam, bamboo, and other pillows that I've bought in the past . I am going to buy more Hotel Premier pillows for my spare bedrooms. Even my picky daughter bought some and loves them too. The price is worth the try!

I typically love Member's Mark products, but these pillows are lacking. The fill is super thin and not at all plush so they go flat in a matter of days. The outer material is similar to the paper bibs worn at the dentist office, which is likely why, after just two weeks, one pillow already ripped open.
