I ordered ON line for Queen and King size; and says it is in progress and delivery LAST Thursday; dah! Still waiting and says at Shelby location out of stock but in stock in Madison Heights and other stores. WOULD like you to take effort to either Fill my order or tell me to shop elsewhere for Firm Pillows. You also don't show when I purchased the ones from you the last time.

I was hoping the neutral/negative reviews were wrong, but I had the same experience. It's a shame considering they seem so fluffy & supportive at first, but that doesn't last long. Now I'm waking up with knots & sore spots in my neck about half the time

Absolutely amazing! Bought these for my college dorm, and they have been nothing but comfortable and extremely fluffy. I love that I can lean back on them to support my back when sitting up, but also lay my head on them when I need to. They are a bit big for the cover I bought (wide), but they are still good nontheless.

These used to be the best full pillows. They would certainly last at least a year. Recently, we were in a Sam's Club and picked up another set of these particular pillows. What a disappointment when our head hit the pillows. These pillows flattened out almost immediately. I gave them a fair rating because they would probably be okay for a stomach sleeper. Less than two month's later, I purchased pillows from another source.

I bought these pillows Jan. 2023. The first month they were pretty good pillows, although one pillow was softer or not as firm as the other. By the second month I noticed both pillows were starting to go flat and not as firm. The original pillow that already not as firm was to soft that I couldn’t even sleep on it. It was so soft I could tell immediately when I laid my head on it. By March both pillows were uncomfortably flat and soft I wasn’t sleeping very well. We’re in the middle of March and I’ve already replaced both pillows. They may work ok in a guest bedroom, but I wouldn’t recommend for everyday use. Honestly I wouldn’t purchase again, but if your looking for something cheap/affordable they’ll do the job.

We have queen and king sized mattresses, bought the king sized pillows first and they quickly became a favorite. Bought the queen and we're just as impressed. They are just the right amount of soft and firm and they are breathable (very important for some of us with hyperhidrosis). We've bought more expensive, gel infused, cooling and all sorts of other comfort claiming pillows before, but these are by far our favorite.

I’ve been buying these pillows for a couple years, and they were great! Just bought a couple at the end of September and the seam on the end is now very poorly stitched on the new ones. After one night of sleeping on the pillow, the end busted open. Won’t be buying these anymore…

I have been buying these pillows for the last five years or so and have always been pleased with them until this last purchase. I bought 4 this time and one of the ones I got was almost completely flat (although it didn't look like it in the package). It's possible I just got a "bad" one, because the others seemed fine, but I've read several other recent reviews that were similar so it sounds like there could have been a sacrifice in quality to keep the price point low.

I originally bought these because of the price and how fluffy they were. My husband’s first reaction was that they were so fluffy his head would touch the ceiling lol. But they do lose a bit of the air, but the softness and fluffiness doesn’t fade. We travel a lot and stay at many high end hotels- I must say that these pillows are very comparable to the quality of those. Thanks Sam’s! You’ve done great again!

These pillows were great for 2 weeks then they changed and no amount of dryer time or wash and dry does any good. My pillow is basically broke in half, literally the stuffing has completely separated down the center and one end has a hard lump that just won't shift. My husband says his is just plain uncomfortable and lumpy. They are truly horrible and maybe only suitable for an hourly motel, certainly not hotel quality.
