I have stayed in over 100 hotels. This is definitely not a hotel pillow. Its almost useless unless you sleep on your side.. or you like sleeping with your neck bent at a 60 degree angle.

I read all the reviews before purchasing these pillows. I don't understand what all the hype was about. These are the worst pillows I've ever slept on. They were flat in less than a week. I do not recommend this product at all.

I have purchased these pillows many times over the years, they used to be fantastic, but the quality has really gone downhill. I woke up almost everyday with a headache, threw them out. I would no longer recommend

The Hotel Luxury Reserve Collection had a smooth soft cover.These Hotel Premier Collection have a rough cover that can be felt through a pillow case.Dont know why the changes were made to a previously great pillow.

I have bought these in the past and i liked them but the last ones i bought are not of the same quality but just as expensive. They lose their shape real fast and are flat.

I bought these pillows before... they were luxurious, soft and fluffy... now they are hard and feel cheap. I don't recommend these at all and pillows aren't really a thing you return so I'm stuck with them

These aren’t the same good ones as they used to be. They are extra fluffy at first, that it’s hard to put a pillow case on, and then, after a few months they become a pancake. Horrible!

I bout these nit even 2 months ago and they are already flattening and fir some odd reason the pillow filling is going to one angle which makes the pillows triangled no matter what I do it’s just a list cause. Bought more pillows NOT from Sam’s.

Returned. First, these pillows are so over-stuffed that it’s like resting your head on a cement slab. I figured I would suck it up and use them for shams or something. The second thing and complete dealbreaker was one of the finishing seams popping open and stuffing coming out.

I bought these pillows Jan. 2023. The first month they were pretty good pillows, although one pillow was softer or not as firm as the other. By the second month I noticed both pillows were starting to go flat and not as firm. The original pillow that already not as firm was to soft that I couldn’t even sleep on it. It was so soft I could tell immediately when I laid my head on it. By March both pillows were uncomfortably flat and soft I wasn’t sleeping very well. We’re in the middle of March and I’ve already replaced both pillows. They may work ok in a guest bedroom, but I wouldn’t recommend for everyday use. Honestly I wouldn’t purchase again, but if your looking for something cheap/affordable they’ll do the job.
