The first delivery was one box game up too because number 1 box was damaged. I reordered it got the credit for getting in at the same price. Then when the order came again we were putting it together and luckily I had the box too from the first delivery because in the second delivery box number 2 did not have the springs. So you may want to make sure that your people who check boxes that are put together for this that all parts are in there. Because I would have ended up with a trampoline that would have been usable.

It feels cheap and like older kids or I'd break it but works for little kids. The clips that hold the net onto the poles pop open if the kids fall against the net. Some of the rings you hook the springs to split open and the springs came out. Had to push the rings back together. Easy set up.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!! 1st box came opened thru shipment. Had to get picked up and sent back. Originally Sams wanted me to take it to a facility to get sent back. That was a joke. Then 2nd Trampoline arrived. Box was unopened during shipment. While Putting the Trampoline together...it has missing parts. I am still in the process of talking with Sams. They want me to send the item back. It is put together already....seriously! It is a joke right now! 1st solution was to purchase the parts. Um...no the product didn't come with everything. As u know it is a pain to put together....just send me the missing parts!!!!

This product was very time consuming for nothing accomplished. Parts were not labeled, there were no place for the screws to be screwed into the other parts, parts did not fit together, and some of the screws did not fit into the holes. This took 5hours and 15 mins and we did not get half way through. What a waste of time and money. This was very, very, very disappointing!!

It was simple enough to install, my husband and I put it up together in about 2 hours. My 3 year son has been on it everyday since the day we bought and loves having friends over. Very safe, stable and put together well. Best purchase of the year when it comes to getting my son outside and active even more than he already is! Parents you won’t regret it!

More bounce than we thought, It definitely took longer than 90 minutes with two people. The hardest part was sewing the mesh screen to the trampoline itself, that was the most time consuming. If you are thinking the hoop is anything other than decorative, you are wrong. if I were to redo the sewing of the mesh, I would start at the entrance/zippers and work my way around knowing you can fully close the zipper.

The trampoline arrived in two boxes. The boxes arrived in good shape and all the parts were present and intact. The hardware was packaged and labeled well. The spring-loading tool was helpful, but two would be even faster. It’s worth your while to have two people, a screw driver, a socket wrench and finally, a rubber mallet. Installation took around 3-4 hours but everything came together nicely. I am happy with the products appearance and function. I have already jumped with my kids it everyone is enjoying the trampoline very much. I highly recommend this product!

Very unhappy because I had to go to Lowe’s not once but twice to get screws to fit bottoms bars and top connection for the net. The screws would not go in and we were too far to take it apart and return. After spending money on the trampoline, we had to lug the bars to Lowe’s to find screws to fit.

Great product took a little over 3 1/2 to 4 hrs to put together. Instructions were sometimes a little difficult to understand due to no words just pictures. Shipping was fast and easy to track but wish they could have let us know that it would come in 2 boxes. Our packages were ripped and poles were sticking out but thankfully we weren’t missing any pieces.

We got this because we really wanted a trampoline with a net for our toddler, after owning for 1 week one of the poles has completely bent, the one holding the basketball goal in particular . We took the one pole off and then a 2nd pole bent. Ended up having to take all of the poles off that hold the net, we just have a normal trampoline now with no net or basketball hoop. I contacted Sams and said we could return the whole trampoline if we took it into store, however, we already disposed of the box not thinking this will happen and as much work as it was to put the trampoline up, I really don’t wanna go through that again to take it down.
