Purchased this item for Christmas and it lasted 3 months … the pole that holds the basketball hoop is defective and bent from the wind. My kids did not tug on it. Sam's Club was no help in the matter. Total waste of money and time building. Disappointed.

I bought this with sams club pick up and they delivered it out to my car. I set this up all by myself with zero help. Single mom and weight 120lbs...no issues what so ever. I did not need 3 people as other reviews state. Of course it would have gone faster, but only took me 2.5 hrs. My kids love the trampoline and enjoy going outside each day to play

More bounce than we thought, It definitely took longer than 90 minutes with two people. The hardest part was sewing the mesh screen to the trampoline itself, that was the most time consuming. If you are thinking the hoop is anything other than decorative, you are wrong. if I were to redo the sewing of the mesh, I would start at the entrance/zippers and work my way around knowing you can fully close the zipper.

We’re on our fourth trampoline and have enjoyed a variety of products. Picking this one up on special, it has a lot of different features the kids thought might be cool. The basketball hoop is pretty useless. It’s foam and the ball always goes out. Its quality, however, is already suspect. This product was more complicated to assemble than many of our others, though doing it alone it only took a couple of hours. Took me about 7 or 8 hrs to set up by myself. It does come with a spring holder tool which wasnt very clear in reviews. Maybe it was getting dark but the net thing and the basketball thing took a lot of time. Instructions not clear on those steps and I tried to put it outside the metal when it was inside. I was very organized and methodical but plan early. Helped to have the box it came with to lean it up when assembling the metal ring. As far as quality, one of the springs was malformed by 90 degrees but still worked. Was missing one of the cheap wraps to hold the cheap basketball hoop. They really made that as an afterthought. There is a fake review of some 110 pd person doing it in 4 hrs. I find that impossible to believe she was prob. Paid. People would gladly pay 25 more to have a nicer hoop instead of something that looks so red you think your neighbors will shun you. I love how this has 6 metal support bars vs the 3 you see on a lot of trampolines. That means it wont feel shaky. And the bent angles is just smart.

Unfortunately I had to return this trampoline after 3 weeks due to many of parts falling apart. Sam's has a great return policy though! It was only ever used by my 13yo daughter that weighs about 90lbs. After about a week the springs were showing signs that they were deforming and permanently stretching out. At two weeks the little triangles that hold the springs to the net were stretching out and causing springs to pop off. I was able to get those reformed and back on. But at three weeks the thread around the edge of the net started ripping and more springs went flying across the yard, no replacing that.

I bought the 13’ model TR-0026-156 about 4 years ago. It lasted the whole 4 years and never had an accident or anything. Always kept up the maintenance double checked for anything loose periodically. I’m sure this 14’ model is just as good as the one I bought.

We wanted to love this trampoline as it looks great and is well priced. However the basketball hoop broke in the first week. Not a big deal, we didn't expect that piece to be super heavy duty. After summer, we took it down and stored it in our garage. This summer we put it up and a light storm broke a pole. We replaced said pole, a month later and now two more poles are broken. One broke when my 2 year old was running on it nowhere near the outer net. Very disappointed with the awful quality of this trampoline. We've done all of the things to take care of it and the poles holding the safety net up are breaking left and right from very minimal use. Do yourself a favor and look for something made of better quality.

It's very sturdy, lots of space and took under an hour to put together w/ two people. Only "complain" is that the zipper doesn't finish closing at the very bottom. There is a clip to lock in the opening so its not really a big deal. Just something I noticed. My boys love it and spend hours jumping.

Took a lot longer than the 90 mins it said in the directions. We had an old school (15 year old kind with no safety stuff) that had a weight limit of like 500 lbs. The mat and springs lasted until this year and the spring cover was gone long ago but over all it was very sturdy. We decided to upgrade to a new “safer” trampoline when the springs started popping off the old one, but the construction does not seem as great. The design of the frame makes it less sturdy and the weight limit is about half of what they used to be (225-250). I know that’s plenty for kids but hey occasionally and adult may want to get on there with their teen. We like the net, though it’s a pain to attach, and the little basket ball hoop is cute but a little high considering it’s easy for a small kid to miss and then you have to get off the trampoline to grab the ball before the puppy runs away with it. I digress. Overall the trampoline has been pretty good and the kids seem happy with it.
