The set up was surprisingly easy. And the kids have had so much fun. I thought for sure we would have to ask for help but my husband and I put it together fairly quickly. I was also afraid at some point we would be missing a part and everything was there. We bought a different trampoline for someone last spring and it was missing a few screws and the tool to stretch the springs. We are for sure very satisfied.

Excellent quality. I was a bit nervous to buy with some of reviews saying there was missing parts but figured it would be fine. My husband got it together alone within a couple of days. We had rain delays and he thought he was missing a part. Upon further inspection we had all the parts. I did contact customer service when we thought they were missing and they were so nice and gave me the information I needed just in case. Seems to be very sturdy and well made. My daughter loves it and it should last her a while!

The trampoline was simple to put together. It does take time. We had 3 people, my husband, 13 year old daughter & myself setting it up and it took a little over an hour. We've had it up for just a few days now, seems to be built well & sturdy. We have secured it down with stakes & a chain to the tree because where we are we get a lot of wind even on a normal nice day. The basketball goal is a little disappointing, I don't see it lasting very long with our 3 kids. They basketball itself has already popped, at our own fault, the dog got a hold of it after the 6th missed shot by our 6 year old. Overall the trampoline itself seems like a great purchase for the price especially since a they are hard to find at a decent price.

We purchased this trampoline for our grandsons. It is large and very heavy. Must be assembled where you want final placement to be. Assembly is very straightforward but is a lot of work. People that say they assembled it in an hour must have a lot of experience putting them together. It took us (2 old people) nearly a week. Working only when it was cool enough temps were from high 90's to 100's. Grandsons love the final results. Don't forget to buy a ladder ( sold separately) so the kids have safe and easy accessibility.

Great trampoline! My husband assembled by himself. The directions say it should take 90 minutes to put together, but it took him more like three hours and he followed the directions exactly. The zipper is well made. The net seems to be pretty sturdy. My kids are 4 and 6 and lean on it quite a bit. The basketball goal is pretty flimsy. I don't see it lasting more than a couple of months. The rim is pool noodle material. It comes with a small basketball and pump, but the basketball spends more time in the neighbor's yard than ours! Overall, I would recommend and/or purchase again.

My kids love the trampoline. This is the first one we have owned, but we think it is high quality. It took us 4 hours, not 90 minutes to put together. As with most thing that require assembly you have to untighten and retighten from previous steps to get the holes to align.

The trampoline appears to be good quality, but the basketball system is embarrassing. The picture on website and box is very misleading. The goal is made of actual foam. I would not have bought knowing this upfront. The “goal and backboard system” just folds over after the installation. So cheap and unfavorable design.

Trampoline works really well, but the basketball goal part broke in the first hour. Also it does not come with anything to secure the safety screen with, making it so that if anyone leans on the net/screen they'd fall off the trampoline. Which we had a kid to fall off trying to catch himself on the net that wasn't secured. We then had to go buy zip ties to secure the bottom with. Wish it would have come with nylon straps at the bottom like the ones on the top. That would have helped tremendously. Beware when you purchase, safety first!! They should be ashamed for selling products that mislead you, like they did with this product photo. In the photo the screen seems to be secured at the bottom, yet it is not and does not come with anything to do so with.

After an hour of being assembled a metal spring literally broke off. I've been trying to contact the manufacturer and no response. Sam's says to disassemble it and bring it back. Only it took 3 hours and 2 men to assemble it so that's the last thing we want to do.

I never thought you can have a bad trampoline. The springs on day 2 stretch and never sprung back the mat overstretched and would just fall off. I purchased two of them for Christmas gifts and both of them went bad within the first week. It’s not the funnest task to put together a trampoline, but I guarantee you it’s worse, taking it down and returning every piece with a small car when you got it delivered and Sams treats you like trash. Very entitled supervisors in the MIDLAND Texas sams.
