This product was very time consuming for nothing accomplished. Parts were not labeled, there were no place for the screws to be screwed into the other parts, parts did not fit together, and some of the screws did not fit into the holes. This took 5hours and 15 mins and we did not get half way through. What a waste of time and money. This was very, very, very disappointing!!

I never thought you can have a bad trampoline. The springs on day 2 stretch and never sprung back the mat overstretched and would just fall off. I purchased two of them for Christmas gifts and both of them went bad within the first week. It’s not the funnest task to put together a trampoline, but I guarantee you it’s worse, taking it down and returning every piece with a small car when you got it delivered and Sams treats you like trash. Very entitled supervisors in the MIDLAND Texas sams.

The set up was surprisingly easy. And the kids have had so much fun. I thought for sure we would have to ask for help but my husband and I put it together fairly quickly. I was also afraid at some point we would be missing a part and everything was there. We bought a different trampoline for someone last spring and it was missing a few screws and the tool to stretch the springs. We are for sure very satisfied.

Excellent quality. I was a bit nervous to buy with some of reviews saying there was missing parts but figured it would be fine. My husband got it together alone within a couple of days. We had rain delays and he thought he was missing a part. Upon further inspection we had all the parts. I did contact customer service when we thought they were missing and they were so nice and gave me the information I needed just in case. Seems to be very sturdy and well made. My daughter loves it and it should last her a while!

This is a staple for my son and I love that he gets great exercise wrestling Mickey Mouse WWE style. I set it up myself and it took a few hours. This is the second time I purchase this brand trampoline. I did like that the first version I purchased in 2021 had clip in poles and required 0 screws/ bolts. This version 2024. I had to use a mallet and screw driver to assemble.

Took 3 months, but finally found a trampoline! Great trampoline. Easy instructions. Took about 3 hours to put together- not 90 mins like the box says.

It's okay. A little hard to put together. It's not very bouncy and the springs keep popping off and it's only been set up for two weeks. I do like the size and the way it looks.

Make sure you check for all the parts. The first trampoline I purchased, was missing a required leg. After getting the correct amount of equipment, it took about three hours to put it together. My girls at the house enjoyed jumping.

Easy to put together but manufacturer has to do better with quality control. I was missing all the hardware for the basketball. Contacted manufacture they are sending it, but it’s been 3 weeks and no hardware has arrived

The trampoline itself is nice but the actual jump mat came with a hole in it. Check it over before putting the whole thing together. Super disappointed about that.
