It wasn't too hard to put together. It took two of us about an hour. The trampoline is perfect for my 5 year old grandson.

At purchase, this was a great trampoline, instructions were pretty straightforward. My husband and I built it together and it took a little over an hour. Unfortunately, after 1.5 years of on/off use, it has fallen apart. The elastic portion that holds the net to the top poles has either stretch out or ripped, making the net useless. A pole snapped in half and another bent. The protective padding covering the springs fell apart within a year. I have purchased other trampolines that have lasted significantly longer. Currently located in NC so I'm unsure if the climate played a part in its deterioration, but regardless, disappointed in its short lifespan.

Potentially dangerous product backed by an exhausting customer service experience. I purchased this 14' SportsPower Bounce Pro trampoline from Sam's Club in May 2026. It has been used exactly as intended by two average-sized 11-year-old children—well below the advertised 250 lb weight capacity. During completely normal jumping, a structural attachment point where the enclosure net, jump mat, and spring connect catastrophically failed. This wasn't a cosmetic issue. It created an opening in the safety enclosure, defeating one of the trampoline's primary safety features and putting children at risk of being thrown from the trampoline. The trampoline is only a few months old. This is not normal wear and tear. What made the experience even worse was Sam's Club's response. I spent well over an hour in live chat being transferred between departments, disconnected, forced to repeat the same information multiple times, and waiting for agents who often seemed unfamiliar with my case. After all of that, the proposed resolution was essentially to completely disassemble a fully assembled 14-foot trampoline and haul it back to the store if I wanted my money back. Expecting customers to dismantle a massive assembled trampoline after a potential product safety failure is unreasonable. I purchased from Sam's Club because I trusted them to stand behind the products they sell. Instead, I was left with a defective product, hours of frustration, and a safety concern involving children. If you're buying this for your kids, understand that if a structural component fails, you may find yourself spending hours fighting customer service before being told to take apart the entire trampoline yourself. I cannot recommend this product or this experience.

My son and his friends love it, so does my husband! Please make sure you have enough light so start early on the set up!

Bought two for each set of grandkids they love it… Grandma likes jumping on it too ! Easy to put together arrived in a timely fashion safe jumping

The one pictured was not what was in the box. That is also the one i wanted. Goal lasted a couple days.

I recommend this trampoline very strong and easy to Assemble.14’ is a big , but it worked out just perfect . It’s going to take a lot of space

When the box came it was busted in shipping and screws missing from trampoline box, called for help but nobody returned my call to help me

Poles used for the safety net are incredibly weak. They bent after one North Carolina thunderstorm. If they can barely withstand a 20-30mph wind; how are they supposed to safely support a child weighing 40-80 lbs from falling over the side?

Had it up less than a month. the wind bent all the poles on the net. Call the company sent them pictures %26 the receipt it wasn't even a month old. after 2 weeks of no response called back %26 told them I hadn't heard anything. Then they tell me they don't cover wind damage my claim was void %26 if I wanted to purchase new parts I could. Why would I want to purchase more junk from them. Our grandkids literally used it 1 time. Save your money %26 buy another trampoline.
