Have only had this a few weeks but my 12 and 13 year olds love it. Seems sturdy. Took my husband and adult son an entire Saturday afternoon to assemble.

Took a lot longer to put together than it says on the instructions. Some holes did not line up from factory. Otherwise, when it was all said and done, the kids love it, and it is very safe for even the little ones.

My son loves it. I can't keep him off of it. It was not bad to put together either. GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFT!! My son has invited all of the neighborhood kids over to JUMP.

Have had up for about 3 weeks now & all is well. Took about 3 hours to put together & everything was pretty well described in the directions. No broken bones yet, so we're good!

Excellent quality for a great price. Everything was in the box and it fit in the back of my Kia Soul with the back seat laid down when I picked it up. My son loves it! The bball hoop is not going to last a long time but he is enjoying it for now!

We got this because we really wanted a trampoline with a net for our toddler, after owning for 1 week one of the poles has completely bent, the one holding the basketball goal in particular . We took the one pole off and then a 2nd pole bent. Ended up having to take all of the poles off that hold the net, we just have a normal trampoline now with no net or basketball hoop. I contacted Sams and said we could return the whole trampoline if we took it into store, however, we already disposed of the box not thinking this will happen and as much work as it was to put the trampoline up, I really don’t wanna go through that again to take it down.

This is an "ok" purchase for the price - My original purchase was for a heavy duty 14" trampoline that Sams Club mailed incorrectly (2 ct of box #1, 0 ct of box #2) but no longer sold when I went to return so this was my option for replacement. This basketball hoop is worthless and made of foam so if that is what peaks your interest, don't bother!! My son gets frustrated that there is really no "backboard" so if you throw below or above the hoop you have to get out of the trampoline to go get the ball. Otherwise, it came with all the parts (but only EXACTLY what you needed) and at least we got 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 boxes (a complete set). Pretty easy to assemble, took us about 1.5-2 hours and we were jumping! Quick delivery on Sams Club part!

Box was delivered open with pieces hanging out. We hoped for the best and had someone come put it together just to find out it was missing pieces. Sam's club offered to refund but only if i got all the pices back in the box. Needless to say i wasn't going to pay the guy to come back out to put it all back so its still laying in a pile on my yard.

We have had the trampoline up for a couple months now and it’s still going strong with 3 boys jumping every day. Net is still in good shape. My main complaint is the basketball hoop is foam. It lasted maybe a week but for the price it is I can’t really complain too much. Putting it together took longer then the 90 minutes it says. Me and my husband spent 4 hours on the trampoline frame alone (we almost threw the whole thing away until we finally figured it out lol but that’s probably on us just not doing it right the first or second or third time) and the net took me about 3 hours to do myself. BUT overall it’s a nice solid trampoline so far.

It was simple enough to install, my husband and I put it up together in about 2 hours. My 3 year son has been on it everyday since the day we bought and loves having friends over. Very safe, stable and put together well. Best purchase of the year when it comes to getting my son outside and active even more than he already is! Parents you won’t regret it!
