It's okay. A little hard to put together. It's not very bouncy and the springs keep popping off and it's only been set up for two weeks. I do like the size and the way it looks.

Trampoline works really well, but the basketball goal part broke in the first hour. Also it does not come with anything to secure the safety screen with, making it so that if anyone leans on the net/screen they'd fall off the trampoline. Which we had a kid to fall off trying to catch himself on the net that wasn't secured. We then had to go buy zip ties to secure the bottom with. Wish it would have come with nylon straps at the bottom like the ones on the top. That would have helped tremendously. Beware when you purchase, safety first!! They should be ashamed for selling products that mislead you, like they did with this product photo. In the photo the screen seems to be secured at the bottom, yet it is not and does not come with anything to do so with.

The price for this is what attracted us to purchase. However, the construction was painful and tedious. Our old trampoline went together simply and easily, and if you needed to take down the protective netting, it was also easily done. This trampoline cannot be unassembled without tools. Period. The bottom frame section that contacts the ground is not galvanized but painted steel. When mowing grass we slide the trampoline over to reach the grass underneath. Doing so with this new one will remove the black paint from the frame and then it's matter of time before rust begins. All fastener hardware was cheap plated and no double will also rust. Bad purchase and would not recommend.

Box was delivered open with pieces hanging out. We hoped for the best and had someone come put it together just to find out it was missing pieces. Sam's club offered to refund but only if i got all the pices back in the box. Needless to say i wasn't going to pay the guy to come back out to put it all back so its still laying in a pile on my yard.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!! 1st box came opened thru shipment. Had to get picked up and sent back. Originally Sams wanted me to take it to a facility to get sent back. That was a joke. Then 2nd Trampoline arrived. Box was unopened during shipment. While Putting the Trampoline together...it has missing parts. I am still in the process of talking with Sams. They want me to send the item back. It is put together already....seriously! It is a joke right now! 1st solution was to purchase the parts. Um...no the product didn't come with everything. As u know it is a pain to put together....just send me the missing parts!!!!

I purchased this for my two 13 year-old grandsons. It took approximately 90 minutes to put together, the longest being threading the net to the trampoline. The hardest part was putting the springs on, after attaching 5-6 springs we switched persons pulling the springs. My grandsons love it and also enjoy the basketball hoop. The only negative is you have to purchase the trampoline anchors separately. This purchase actually got them away from playing video games all day and was well worth the purchase.

Love love this item. Pick it Especially for my grandchildren. During the summer days is the most fun for them. Since we are in this pandemic I decided I wanted to keep them where they stay happy and they can still have fun since we’re not able to go out to many places now. I ordered many things but I think this is the best item of all.I am very happy with thIs particular trampoline. So thank you for making my nine grand babies very happy.

Grandkids love it! This is a very sturdy and well-made trampoline. The assembly takes much longer, however, than the “90 minute assembly” on the box. Two of us spent approximately 6 hours over three days putting it together and we are not that slow. Once it was together....the fun ensued. We did order 4 anchors to attach to the ground since we live where the winds pick up incessantly. Sams employees did a great job delivering it to our car! So happy with purchase.

Very unhappy because I had to go to Lowe’s not once but twice to get screws to fit bottoms bars and top connection for the net. The screws would not go in and we were too far to take it apart and return. After spending money on the trampoline, we had to lug the bars to Lowe’s to find screws to fit.

Net was missing a clip to hook on the pole. Was unable to return without bringing in the whole trampoline and it was already set up.
