Setup was straight forward, tying the mesh on was a bit of a pain and I thought it was on the interior so springs were totally inaccessible from the jumping surface, but there are still holes to potentially get hurt. Still good value for the price.

I read some reviews prior to purchase and was nervous about it but am overall very happy with it, especially for the price. There were some mistakes in the instructions, but easy to figure out. My kids love it!

The trampoline is the perfect size! It fit nicely in our yard ... not too big not too small. It was easy to put together, but it took much longer than the 90 minutes labeled on the box. Once together though the kids love it.

Was delivered with bottom corner of box ripped and I thought possibly poles were missing but luckily everything was there. Came in 2 boxes, pretty heavy. Would suggest to manufacturer that they package poles, etc in heavy duty packaging inside. Seems like a good product so far.

Powder coating/paint on steel is cheap and flakes off. Steel that slides together does fit due to how much powder coat/painting is on steel. All and all was a pretty poor product. Foam is also cheap and breaks after 1 storm. Avoid buying if you can afford to do so!

We ordered it we only got 1 of the boxes. The second box finally arrived we tried to out it together and we were missing 6 pieces for the frame and a few other items We called the company and emailed and 2 weeks later we still don’t have the necessary parts supposedly they are on the way. Very unhappy kids were so looking forward to this over July 4th

Put trampoline together and less than a week of use have to buy new springs. I know these things have to be replaced over time, but shouldn't only get 1 good use out of them. If you purchase save yourself heartache and buy better springs before putting it together so you don't have sad children (and parents) waiting for the new springs to arrive in the mail.

Kids love it! It was fairly easy to put together. Love thst the legs are curved giving it a firmer base. The only thing i was not crazy about is that the basketball goal is made of foam so I am quite sure it will not last long. I think we will be able to attach another goal to it though...maybe a garbage can goal or something. Overall, it was a great purchase.

Had it up less than a month. the wind bent all the poles on the net. Call the company sent them pictures %26 the receipt it wasn't even a month old. after 2 weeks of no response called back %26 told them I hadn't heard anything. Then they tell me they don't cover wind damage my claim was void %26 if I wanted to purchase new parts I could. Why would I want to purchase more junk from them. Our grandkids literally used it 1 time. Save your money %26 buy another trampoline.

Well made. Assembly wasnt too difficult but you need to pay attention to the small details. We decided not to install the basketball hoop. It is cheap and not something we will use. The trampoline and net are perfect. Great price and delivery is convenient.
