Bouncing net doesn’t have much tension and is very loose, for my 1yr old it is fine but for my 12 yr old while jumping it goes close to the ground. Returning and/or contacting company.

Kids love it. Took a while with kiddos helping to set up but worth it. Seems sturdy. No one has broken anything yet. Little hard to zip closed all the way at the bottom.

It’s a nice trampoline but once set up, it’s not very taut. It feels like it’s been jumped on before. The 2 boxes have all the parts mixed up, rather than top in one and bottom in another.

Appears to be sturdy and well made. The only downside is the weight limit which is only 220., which probably wont work for larger families or older kids.

Great for the money. Some of the pipes were bent and didnt have the appropriate holes, and the shoestring that was provided to tie the net to the trampoline wasnt long enough nor were there the holes. So it was interesting but my kids love it!

This item arrived when promised and has been a great addition to our home for our Grandchildren!!!! Relatively simple to assemble. The kids LOVE it!!!

So far so good our 12 year old and 6 year old boys love it and spend majority of their time on it you might want to get some auger’s with tie downs to be safe so it doesn’t fly into your neighbors

Easy set up. We picked up at store to save the risk of shipping it. Love Sam’s Club pick up! We have had it a month during Mid west spring storms and it’s holding up! Hopefully that last years!

Setup was straight forward, tying the mesh on was a bit of a pain and I thought it was on the interior so springs were totally inaccessible from the jumping surface, but there are still holes to potentially get hurt. Still good value for the price.

Perfect for my 5 year old & for many years to come. Safety is a big concern and this has all the safety features. Only thing is i wished it had came with was Stakes to stake it down in bad weather.
