Purchased this item for Christmas and it lasted 3 months … the pole that holds the basketball hoop is defective and bent from the wind. My kids did not tug on it. Sam's Club was no help in the matter. Total waste of money and time building. Disappointed.

We have had the trampoline up for a couple months now and it’s still going strong with 3 boys jumping every day. Net is still in good shape. My main complaint is the basketball hoop is foam. It lasted maybe a week but for the price it is I can’t really complain too much. Putting it together took longer then the 90 minutes it says. Me and my husband spent 4 hours on the trampoline frame alone (we almost threw the whole thing away until we finally figured it out lol but that’s probably on us just not doing it right the first or second or third time) and the net took me about 3 hours to do myself. BUT overall it’s a nice solid trampoline so far.

This is a nice trampoline for the money. It took about 4 hours to put together with 2 adults. The only thing I recommend is that they provide more rope strings to tie the enclosure to the trampoline. We had to buy some more string from a local store just to finish.

I bought this with sams club pick up and they delivered it out to my car. I set this up all by myself with zero help. Single mom and weight 120lbs...no issues what so ever. I did not need 3 people as other reviews state. Of course it would have gone faster, but only took me 2.5 hrs. My kids love the trampoline and enjoy going outside each day to play

All in all not a bad trampoline, but the value is just not there at the current price of $239. Right off the bat, let me list one important detail that is not listed on the box or in the description: There are 72 springs. I should have just reboxed and returned it when I found the spring boxes, but I didn't. This makes a difference in the "bounce" you get. There is a similarly priced model on samsclub.com with 96 springs that I wish I would have purchased instead. Assembly was fine, only one mis-aligned hole but I was able to get it aligned with some force. Quality is "OK" but not any different than the $200 models at the supercenters. The basketball hoop is clearly an afterthought but I didn't base my purchase decision on that anyway. There were six missing screws for the hoop, but I will purchase them from a hardware store. The enclosure netting is not tight fitting, and there are small gaps between the mat and the enclosure. Basically, you have to use provided string to manually "sew" the enclosure to the springs. All in all, it is an average trampoline. I was most disappointed in the spring count but hopefully the mat, enclosure and spring cover will last out in the elements for a few years.

I was very disappointed the way the boxes was delivered. The box was wet and it wasn't raining. The poles was sticking out of the box because of the condition of the box. I tried to call but was on hold too long. I did have to call Walmart about another package (1 1/2 on hold till I talked to someone) and told them about this package and was told they couldn't help me. This is a Christmas present and I'm not sure if I have all the pieces in the boxes. I will try to call again if I'm not on hold forever.

Had this for a few days kids have jumped on it TWICE ages 2 & 5. The screws are already snapping in half & the trampoline part is stretched out doesn’t have a good bounce and sags. The basketball goal is made from a pool noodle. Do not waste your money. Invest in a good trampoline this is complete JUNK!

It is nice but there was holes in the jump pad and in the net call the place and can't get on one

Easy to assemble but basket ball hoop and ball are pretty sad.

Only problem is I was missing major parts for assembly.
