The trampoline is great but receiving it was something else it comes in two boxes so when we got ours there was only one box so that started the calls to have them check and they wear happy to do so and couldn't fine the other box so they sent out another order, well other box that they couldn't find showed up two day after the other box. Over all great product just bad on the other end of shipping out all at one time.

In searching for a replacement tranpoline for our daughter, we didnt want to spend alot of mone. I did a google search and came across the tranpoline at Sams Club. It would have been under 200.00 but we didn't have a membership. But it was still a win win as we now have a year subscription to the club. But this was so much more sturdier than the one we purchase and paid 500.00 for. Comes with a basket ball hoop and a latching mechanism for the netting. Great purchase , highly reccommend !

Powder coating/paint on steel is cheap and flakes off. Steel that slides together does fit due to how much powder coat/painting is on steel. All and all was a pretty poor product. Foam is also cheap and breaks after 1 storm. Avoid buying if you can afford to do so!

We ordered it we only got 1 of the boxes. The second box finally arrived we tried to out it together and we were missing 6 pieces for the frame and a few other items We called the company and emailed and 2 weeks later we still don’t have the necessary parts supposedly they are on the way. Very unhappy kids were so looking forward to this over July 4th

Put trampoline together and less than a week of use have to buy new springs. I know these things have to be replaced over time, but shouldn't only get 1 good use out of them. If you purchase save yourself heartache and buy better springs before putting it together so you don't have sad children (and parents) waiting for the new springs to arrive in the mail.

Great trampoline for the price. I have seen heavier duty trampolines that probably will last longer but for the price it works perfect. Easy to assemble. Net is very strong to support kids bouncing against it. Basketball hoop is ok but made of pool noodle material. Would love for the net to cover the back of the basketball hoop so when you miss the ball bounces back into the trampoline.

The directions are pretty easy to follow but make sure you have someone or multiple people to help you assemble. As a single mom, I had the most awful time putting it together and had to get my father and our neighbor to help. It took several days (hours) to put together. It comes in 2 boxes and they didn’t come in same shipment so that was annoying as well. Boxes also came damaged and had some parts that were bent that we had to fix.

Product is great, great quality, easy assembly, straight forward instructions. Price dropped a few days after purchase and the store staff was rude and indifferent when I asked about price matching a recent purchase. The online chat representative refunded the price difference within a couple of minutes. I will never shop at that store again and will not be renewing my membership. I won't pay to be a customer somewhere that doesn't value my patronage.

The trampoline works great! Shipping was a little odd as 1 box came and then the 2nd box came a day or 2 later. Then we noticed the box was taped up weird like it had been opened and returned. After inspecting it, we put it up but then found 2 springs were missing. I contacted member services and they couldn’t send the parts separate. They could only do a return and exchange or give me a partial refund. I took the refund since the rest was together. For safety reasons, I’m ordering the springs, but it’s totally fine without them. So I can’t give it a full 5 stars although I’d say without the annoyances, the trampoline itself is a 5.

Oh man. Overall the trampoline feels sturdy, it’s a great price & my son loves it ! I will simply just say you HAVE to read the directions TO THE T. Every hole has an exact place. We ended up having to drill additional holes to connect some parts since my partner decided from the beginning he wasn't going to read the manual. & that just gave us extra work apart from all the work it already was to put up. Took us maybe 5 hours to put it up together. Overal great and sturdy trampoline and I foresee a lot of fun in the future !
