My 4 year old daughter loves this playset. It is extremely well built and sturdy. Only concern I had was the ladder because of its shape. I wish it had a different design option for younger children but I was told only one ladder was available by the manufacturer. Beyond that I couldn't ask for more!

I bought this at Christmas for my 2-year-old granddaughter. She loves climbing to the top and sliding down. I purchased the basket swing and she likes to be pushed but she prefers the slide. Her school has this exact Adventure Tower on the playground. So it must be sturdy. The neighbor's kid comes over often to enjoy the Adventure Tower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed this Adventure Tower in the backyard of a neighbor, we are new Grandparents and I was keeping my eyes open to replace the Fort we had for our children. I immediately knew this was just what we were looking for! With numerous options for multiple children to play at the same time, this is the one we purchased. We are VERY happy with the quality of construction, the sturdy workmanship and we are looking forward to many years of watching our Grandchildren enjoy it! We also installed it ourselves and were pleased with the instructions and ALL the parts were there! When our 2 year old Grandson saw it completed for the the first time his eyes popped and he said, "Oh my!" That says it all!

Instructions are self explanatory, however, ensure pay close attention to dimples facing down especially when putting the tower together. If I had to do it over again, I would have paid someone $$$ to put it together. Would have saved a weekend, time, health, lol. Appears to be made with quality and should last a very long time.

Missing some hardware to finish the roof. I've called all week. They currently aren't taking calls. I've sent multiple emails, Facebook message, still nothing. Unable to complete the build on it. One star until someone contacts me about the missing hardware pieces.

For a long time my Mother has wanted to add a play set to her yard for her grandchildren. She eventually chose this set based on the design and price. I was tasked with the assembly. Now, this is a big set so the manual was quite long. The manual was surprisingly clear on how every thing went together, which made the task seem much less daunting. You definitely need at least 2 sets of hands to assemble most of the unit. That's a bit of a hassle, but completely understandable. The assembly took the better part of Saturday, but it all went pretty smooth. The set looks great! It's almost whimsical. It makes you feel like you're in a castle. My nieces and nephews absolutely love it! The deck and rock climbing walls were a huge hit. I would highly recommend this set. Some sets are just too big and gaudy. This thing is just beautiful.

This is our second playset from lifetime. We moved from our previous home but wanted another for our new backyard. We got a great Black Friday price from Sams, shipping was fast and the playset came much earlier than expected. Delivery was great, the truck driver took the boxes off the shrink wrapped pallet and rolled them into our garage. The playset is packed in 4 boxes, the instruction manual is inside a box with a label so you can locate it easily. All of the hardware is labeled in individual packages for each step and there is even a package of extra hardware in the instance one piece breaks or gets lost. Our interactions with customer service with lifetime last time were great, they sent a replacement part we needed quickly without giving us any trouble. So, if you need any help contact lifetime they are great at helping. There are seven steps total in the 95 page manual. The instructions are clear as long as you take the time to read each page. It is a big playset so it takes a long time to assemble properly, you will definitely get a workout. It took my husband and I a day and a half with our oldest son, age 12, helping. Since we had already assembled one before we already prepared ourselves mentally for the work. Sometimes a hole might not line up perfectly but that's expected with the ground underneath not being perfectly level. With some patience and ingenuity each piece will fit, we just had to take our time and think it through. All the pieces we needed were there and the kids have played and played for hours since we finished!! It's a great playset and we will always recommend lifetime playgrounds. the swings are to close to the pole and the wall. The ladder steps are to far away to climb up safe for my 2 year old. Missing a lot of parts. Had to wait a week to get parts. Make sure you check everything before starting. I was missing part of the roof the slide was damaged and missing a lot of bolts. Instructions sucked videos helped. Don't over tighten bolts will strip head out. Kids love it glad to be done.

The instructions are not the best and apparently there was an update to the parts list that the instructions did not include. Delivery was fast and the driver was very helpful. The pallet is about 10 feet long and 4 feet wide. Kids are happy and that is all that's important. Took about a day to put together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially purchased and built this playset last summer for my son. He absolutely loved it, as did his mom and I. Unfortunately, over the course of the winter, we had some pretty bad winds one night and the playset was torn from its anchors and tossed across our yard. As a family, we were heartbroken having to tell our son that his swing set was gone, but after contacting Lifetime, they sent us an entirely new set under warranty. To say that we were impressed is an understatement. Needless to say, when I built this for a 2nd time, I double anchored every pole down so now I'm pretty sure it'll survive anything mother nature can throw at it. I would recommend purchasing the extra set of anchors if you live in wind prone areas as the playset only comes with 2. Overall, we could not be happier with this playset and company!
